See above ... * issues...**. I cannot use the Customer Support button. It sends me to a blank page. I have a screenshot of it.**. I did not recieve a yoga ball I ordered for my physical therapy, and emailing Wish has only landed me in a loop of them telling me to click buttons that either are not there or do not work.**. I did not recieve a package (an ice tray) that I got an email notification about it being delivered. It was not delivered. *I am beyond fed up.
I'm getting to the point of no return. I used to love using Wish, but I'm on the verge of stopping using them if I can't get what I paid for. It's happening more and more often, and I'm sick of it!
They could send another of both missing items (or refund them, but I would rather have what I purchased). And they could make it possible to talk directly to a customer care agent on the phone.
I've been a customer for about *-* years spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars. In that time, I have come to expect that I will get either what I order or a full refund including shipping. I have also come to expect prompt customer support when needed. None of this is happening now.
I tried contacting them a number of different ways. And I am now using this site to see if it helps.
