*** I WAS JUST TRYING TO PAY FOR MY GOODS, WHEN AT THE CHECK OUT I WAS ASKED FOR PROOF OF MY ID, BY PROVIDING A RECENT BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT, SHOWING A TRANSACTION PAID TO THEM * ** ** ******* ALSO I DO NOT THINK THAT THEY AS A COMPANY SHOULD HAVE ASKED ME TO SEND IN SUCH PERSONAL DOCUMENTS AS MY BANK STATEMENTS * **.*SURELY THIS IS WRONG AND THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE ASKED ME FOR THESE DOCUMENTS BECAUSE OF THE VERY PERSONAL DATA THEY CONTAIN**** ... ******I am still waiting patiently for you to re-open my account, I have sent you countless e-mails giving you the details you have requested from me.*I still get e-mails from you reminding me I have goods in my basket, to pay for, but unfortunately I cannot actually make any payments until you remove the block on my account! *****I have sent to you my very personal & private ** documents of my HALIFAX BANK STATEMENT, which shows all recent ( April & May) transactions, also including one I paid to you for approx £***.**.***** ** I didn't really want to send my statements to you, as they are private & contain all my bank statement details which I wouldn't like to get in the wrong hands, and use these details, perhaps fraudulently, I have. gone against my own judgement in sending you these, unfortunately I was left with no other option**I must have sent to you at least * or more e-mails with the attachments of my bank statement, included within them ********As I can't contact you by phone, I have also waited for reply**As of yet I have had no Customer Service response from Wish, with regards to the block on my account and it's removal * ** ** PLEASE SORT THIS ISSUE OUT SOON, I HAVE BEEN A GOOD CUSTOMER AND I DON'T THINK THAT YOU ARE TREATING ME FAIRLY ** * **Surely I don't have to keep submitting e-mail after e-mail without receiving any replies from Wish * *I don't want to lose the items that are in my basket, as they may sell out of my issue is not resolved immediately ** ***** Thankyou **********YOURS SINCERELY,****MS CHERYL E B HARTLEY
