Hello, unfortunately you have taken money out of my account and I have not ordered these items. Two payments for £***.** and £***.**, this is unacceptable and I want all of my money back there has been some sort of fraud on the account because I did not order these items. Please return my money otherwise I will take further action. I am a disabled man living on benefits and I cannot work, so please do not make this difficult as I also suffer from diabetes.
