H*I'm a *st time customer and I made several purchases on the same day. I received * of the *st items I ordered * days ago and it was damaged. The package was marked by the postal service "Received damaged at Oakfield." I've made more than several attempts to follow the instructions provided by your app to process my request for the return with NO SATISFACTION! I continue to receive error messages when attempting to post the picture of the damaged package. I've called the telephone number provided on the package with another error message. I tried reaching a live living human via *********** provided by the support web page for WISH with instructions to email your company with my complaints. I'm SERIOUSLY CONCERNED THAT THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I'm requesting the correct information needed to get this resolved ASAP!!!! As I've provided your company my personal information in good faith and now I can't even reach a living person with the instructions, information and telephone numbers that are provided from your company to reach anyone with my issues regarding my purchases. I no longer trust this company and request a full refund of all the items I ordered. If I don't get this resolved ASAP I will post negative feedback anywhere possible with a copy of this email. By the way, for the record, I've been trying to resolve this issue with the instructions provided by your company for * days.
