I am having problems receiving my Wish orders with expedited freight. When I pay extra to have orders ****pped quickly there is normally an expected delivery date. I have had problems with these expedited orders arriving by the shown delivery date. I would like to know if I can get the extra money I paid for these expedited orders refunded when they don't arrive on time? If not is there any way I can confirm before I place an order that the item will definitely arrive on or before the scheduled date? Lastly, if these two solutions don't work, can I order items and pay extra charges to specify Fed Ex ****pping so I will get the item in a reasonable time? Thank you, Dennis Johnson
