I recently purchased a WinZip product, but as a disabled person, I was unaware that it would not come with a physical thumb drive. When I tried to download it, my Norton flagged a virus named Clamp. A representative from ADV offered to remove the virus for $59.99, claiming it was an internet virus and not a computer virus. They did not disclose they were a third party. Feeling scammed, I want my $29.99 WinZip subscription refunded as I have not been able to use the product yet. I have taken the necessary steps to protect my finances and reported this incident to my bank. I kindly request the cancellation of my WinZip subscription and a refund. Thank you.

I purchased your software online for driver updates for my computer. However, the software was unreliable, causing issues with my computer. I had to hire someone to clean it and install a free driver update instead of the one I paid for, making it a bad investment. Now, a year later, you have charged my account without my authorization, which feels like theft. I demand that you refund the money. I bought a WinZip subscription last Saturday. After downloading it, I needed to register the product. However, when I tried to use the key provided, I kept getting an error saying it was incorrect. I tried several times with no success. I then contacted their chat support, but was redirected to a tech support company that required payment for assistance. I find this frustrating as I believe registering my WinZip product should not come with additional costs.

I have attempted multiple times in the past week to reach out to WIPZIP by phone, but all I receive is a fax tone instead of speaking to someone. I have also searched online and attempted to locate the cancel "button" for my WIPZIP as specified in the original purchase email. I am attempting to cancel my WIPZIP 30-day trial, but have been unsuccessful so far. I believe I can manage to uninstall the product on my own, but it seems pointless if I am unable to cancel within the 30-day trial period and receive a refund. Please provide guidance on how to proceed.

One night a few days ago, my 8-year-old son found his way into my office with his 4-year-old brother around midnight. I discovered my computer open with a trial system supposedly installed to speed it up, supposedly a program called WinZip, according to him. I retired three years ago and have been raising these two boys since birth. I am 73 years old. Can you check if they used my credit card accidentally? I do not need any non-standard computer programs. I keep receiving notifications from your company and need assistance. My 8-year-old son accidentally ordered WinZip on my laptop in an attempt to download apps for hacking games. I recently noticed the $50 charge on my bank account and would like to request a refund since I haven't used the program and it's only a few days past the trial period. Unfortunately, the customer service number listed online seems to be a fax line whenever I try to call. I bought WinZip Pro 23 from Cleverbridge, but I am unable to download or install it properly. After following their email instructions, the program downloads but fails to run, stating it is out of date. I am in urgent need to open thousands of zipped photographs. My company, Cti Marketing BV in Hilversum, Netherlands, recently purchased WinZip24 Standard Edition after our trial expired. Our purchase reference number is [redacted]58, with invoice number AKD-[redacted]8 dated 09/09/[redacted] from WinZip/cleverbridge. We paid via iDEAL, confirmed on the invoice, but have not received the Product Key or Activation Code. Despite numerous emails to help@winzip and sales@winzip, as well as submitting complaints forms on the website, we haven't had any response. Even calling the Help Desk listed led to a fax number. It's baffling how a reputable company like WinZip/Corel, whose Corel Draw I've used for years, can overlook customer concerns. I simply want to receive what we paid for and hope for a resolution.

I recently learned about my outdated drivers on my Windows 7 laptop and subscribed to CleverBridge.net. Since attempting to update the drivers, I've encountered numerous issues. When I try to start my laptop in normal mode, it repeatedly takes me back to the password page after entering my password. I am unable to open the browser I want. Please contact me urgently at [redacted] or leave a detailed voicemail on how to resolve this situation. I own a Lenovo T410 model laptop. I am looking to speak with a qualified technician promptly to avoid further frustration. I am experiencing stress due to this situation and need assistance promptly. I was charged $42.35 on my credit card by WinZip, even though I cancelled my contract a year ago with assistance from Best Buy staff. I received a renewal charge for a service I don't require. My reference number is [redacted]26. If you are unable to assist, I will have to contact my credit card company for resolution. It is challenging for regular individuals to reach WinZip directly. I am experiencing issues with downloading, installing, and registering the WINZIP tool. After copying the registration key with the CTL + C command and clicking the DOWNLOAD button, the program starts downloading. During this process, a screen prompts me to register the product. I mistakenly resubmitted the order multiple times before realizing the error. The reference numbers for the five orders placed are: [redacted]93, [redacted], [redacted]3, [redacted]90, and [redacted]11. I kindly request to cancel four of these orders. If the download issues persist, please cancel the fifth order as well. Despite following the instructions, the download stops, and the registration prompt appears, as shown in the attached screenshot. Thank you for your assistance.

My spouse and I bought individual WinZip licenses through Cleverbridge with the reference numbers [redacted]65 and [redacted]52. However, we are unable to register them on our two new computers, a Lenovo and a Dell, both operating on Windows 10. When attempting to register, the system does not recognize our names and registration codes. We find this frustrating and would appreciate prompt assistance or a refund. Thank you.

I signed up for a free trial, but now it's not working, and I can't cancel it. I have tried repeatedly without success. The only number provided is a fax number. I am homeless and rely on my computer to search for apartments when I have a chance to plug it in. A friend recommended WinZip to protect my computer, offering to reimburse me. After trying the free trial, it began causing issues on my computer. I have been attempting to cancel before the trial ends, but I cannot find the link. I have left messages everywhere I could think of to reach the company, but have had no luck. I need to cancel the free trial to prevent any charges on my card. I am having trouble registering my purchased WinZip Driver Updater. Instead of an orange "Register Now" button, I see a green one. I have pasted the registration key into the box multiple times, but I keep receiving an error saying the key is incorrect. I have tried calling [redacted] several times, but I either get a "call cannot be completed as dialed" message or just static. Ticket #[redacted] Hi there, I am having trouble registering my WinZip account. The current registration number I have is not working. I uninstalled WinZip initially due to the price but reinstalled it after accepting the 50% offer and making the payment via PayPal. I might have accidentally downloaded it multiple times by pressing the key erroneously. Subsequently, I cleared what I thought were duplicates from my Download folder and may have deleted the essential registration number in the process. I kindly request your assistance in providing me with a new registration number that works. I purchased the WinZip utility suite in November [redacted]. However, I'm facing issues with the software and cannot get it to work with the code provided. I keep receiving emails prompting me to purchase more products, but I won't consider buying anything else until this problem is resolved. I submitted a request on April 12 and asked for a fix for my license that was not working on April 16. Darshan responded on April19 that the License key has been verified. However, a few days later, I encountered the same issue. I attempted to re-initiate on April 22, and was informed that it might take a few days to get back to me under case number [redacted]. It is now April 27, [redacted], and I have not received any further communication. I am unsure if this delay is due to a lack of staff in Tech support or if there is a larger Customer Support issue at hand. Please advise on how to proceed.

I contacted Cleverbridge due to my PC crashing. They sent me emails about malware protector and utility suites, which I usually have on auto-reorder. After trying to reinstall, I realized the numbers were already used, making the emails useless. I called back and was told to contact WinZip support. Although I received an order number and a ticket number, my request has not been addressed. I am requesting to be removed from automatic ordering and marketing emails.
