Hello, I messaged your company via Facebook Messenger about an issue that occurred at one of your stores. I was issued a $** gift card for what happened. I was told that the gift card would take ** days to arrive via mail. Ten days later I still received no gift card. I messaged again and someone told me that there was an error with my gift card and that it would be sent out on October **th. I messaged again to track it and was told someone else would message me about it and they never did. I didn't expect anything when I messaged your company the first time. I'm just frustrated that I was offered a gift card in the first place if it wasn't going to happen. I'm honestly extremely disappointed with your company. I'm emailing to see if someone can please help me with this situation already.
