I reached out to your company on Facebook Messenger regarding an issue at one of your stores. After being promised a $10 gift card, I was informed it would arrive by mail. However, after 10 days, it hadn't arrived. Upon inquiring, I was told about an error and a new delivery date of October 24th. Despite following up, I was left hanging without any further updates. I didn't anticipate compensation initially, but the unfulfilled promise has been disheartening. Can someone look into this matter promptly, as I remain disappointed with the handling of this situation. Thank you.

I recently visited the El Cerrito Wingstop and experienced several issues. The staff were slow at the ordering window, one staff member was on her phone, the premises and bathroom were dirty, there was trash left on a table, the food was oversalted and inedible, and the response to my bathroom inquiry was unfriendly. The overall environment was disappointing. I hope these concerns are addressed. I will revisit to see if there are any improvements. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am writing to bring attention to an unpleasant experience I had at your Bluebonnet location in Walker, Louisiana. Last night, I placed a phone order around 9:23 pm with the assurance that it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. Despite arriving promptly at 9:40 pm and being checked out at 9:43 pm, I did not receive my order until after 10:00 pm. During the wait, I observed an employee with red hair flirting with customers, causing a delay in service. When I raised the issue with the manager, she addressed the staff about performance. Upon inspecting the order, I found missing items and undercooked wings. Upon returning the food, an altercation almost ensued between the red-haired employee and my boyfriend. The entire experience was disappointing, leading us to leave empty-handed. I believe disciplinary action is warranted to prevent such incidents from happening again.

Hello, I am reaching out to request a cancellation memo from Wingstop concerning a failed transaction I experienced on August 5, [redacted], at Wingstop Carson Avalon around 12:30 pm through the Wingstop website. Despite my debit card being declined, my bank account was charged twice, and no delivery was made. Unfortunately, I do not have a screenshot of the failed transaction as I was a guest on the website. I have contacted my bank, and they require a cancellation memo or email from Wingstop confirming the unsuccessful transaction and permitting them to address the issue. Despite attempting to contact Wingstop via Twitter and submitting multiple tickets on their website, I have not received a resolution yet. I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you for your assistance.

Yesterday, I attempted to order wings online for my family, but encountered issues with payment. Despite the card being declined, the order was charged twice to my account for $25.09. I was unable to place the order successfully, did not receive any confirmation or receipt, and was ultimately left without the wings I intended to purchase. I attempted to contact the company via phone twice to address the issue, with no success. I made an order via the Wingstop website for the LaMarque, TX location, but my delivery never arrived. Despite contacting customer support about this and other ongoing issues, I was promised a refund and a free meal by the general manager, Brandon Johnson. However, the refund never materialized, and after multiple attempts to follow up, I was ignored. This lack of accountability and poor customer service has led me to conclude that this location is problematic. After four years of being a loyal customer, I am disappointed by the unprofessionalism I have encountered and have decided to no longer support this business. My advice to others is to avoid using this establishment.

I placed an order for $28 worth of wings, consisting of 20 pieces - 10 Original Hot and 10 Hawaii Classic - with regular French fries at the Henderson, NV location on Horizon Rd, Store #[redacted]. The name I used for the walk-in Togo order was Israel. Upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find that I did not receive any ranch dressing to accompany the two separate orders. Additionally, one of the orders was short by one wing. My friend mentioned receiving ranch dressing with a similar order without having to ask for it during a recent visit. I felt this was unfair treatment. I brought the issue up with the manager, but he declined to address my concerns. This incident occurred at 8:12 pm on a Friday. I am disheartened by this experience as I enjoy the wings, but I do not plan to return to this location. I hope this matter can be resolved.

Hello, I am Gerald Isom. I recently ordered boneless wings from Wingstop at [redacted] W State Rd 84 Unit E12, Davie, FL [redacted] on July 3. Unfortunately, my order arrived cold and the texture was not as expected. I reached out to the store, but initially had trouble contacting them. When I finally spoke to someone, they promised a refund by the end of the day. It has now been over 20 days and I have not received the refund. I also reached out to Wingstop on Twitter, but have not received a response within the given timeframe. I am hoping to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

I placed an order using the app, and despite entering the correct zip code, it kept giving me an error message. Eventually, I chose not to proceed with the Wingstop order. Shortly after, I received two bank notifications indicating I had been charged twice. I tried calling Wingstop after 10 minutes to confirm the order, but received no assistance. Being charged twice left me without the food I paid for, with no receipt to prove the charges. This situation is frustrating and unfair.

As an Uber Eats delivery driver, I have a service agreement with Wingstop. I have delivered orders from Wingstop stores in San Diego County, CA and San Bernardino County, CA. Today, in Yucaipa, CA, your employees expected me to dispense fountain drinks, which is against our contract and California state health code. I do not have a food handler permit to operate equipment in the restaurant, including fountain drinks. Despite explaining this, your employees insist I dispense the drinks or cancel orders, as they don't seem to understand the regulations or the terms of our contract. It is essential to clarify that as an independent contractor, I am not employed by Wingstop and cannot carry out tasks reserved for restaurant employees due to legal restrictions. I request that your managers be made aware of this to avoid any potential legal issues in the future. Thank you. Paul McK.

Additionally, I added three dipping sauces and authorized a $6.79 tip. However, my card was charged $73.25 instead. Upon contacting the restaurant, the manager claimed that the price was not as shown on the website. When I mentioned the discrepancy, I was advised to reach out to corporate for further assistance. This incident occurred at the UTSW location in Dallas, TX, under the name Ashley.

I went to Wingstop in Ames recently, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. My wife had to wait an additional 10 minutes for our order, which was not ready even though she arrived late to pick it up. The fries we requested extra crispy were all soggy and undercooked, while the wings were bland and lacked sauce. Additionally, we did not receive the extra sauces we paid for. To top it off, all the wings were overcooked and dry. When we asked for a refund, the manager unhelpfully suggested we return for new food, which was not feasible considering the long drive. The customer service was subpar, and the store was not well-maintained. I have decided not to go back and am not interested in any store credit.

As an employee at Wingstop in the Merced store number [redacted], I need to address the management situation. I have been with the company for over a year, during which the manager and now assistant manager have shown animosity towards me. Recently, I was wrongly accused of stealing due to a misunderstanding with a customer who participated in a survey. I received text messages from the general manager threatening a write-up for this incident. Furthermore, it seems that favoritism is an issue since the general and assistant manager started dating. This favoritism extends to providing free meals to their favorites and giving alarm codes to non-management morning crew members. The situation at the store has been deteriorating, and it is crucial to address these management issues for the well-being of the team.

On July 12th from 8:45 to 9:45, I received the incorrect order. Upon realizing the mistake at home, I returned to the restaurant to rectify it. Unfortunately, I was informed that I needed to bring back the wrong order to have mine replaced. By then, the incorrect order had been disposed of. I was unaware of this policy and left without the correct food even though I had already paid over $40. I have tried to contact them through their website and a survey but have not received a response yet.
