I have been struggling to receive an RMA number for a return item. I haven't received any responses to my emails or chats, and my phone calls have been rejected. I contacted customer service using the suggested number and was informed that the unit was not considered "faulty," despite my continued issues with it. I was directed to return the item to Camping World instead of Wingard, even though the manual clearly states to return it to Wingard. Wingard referred me to an outside dealer due to the backorder. I have spent hours this morning trying to troubleshoot the unit that is not connecting to wifi, even though the SSID number is correct.

I have Dish Outdoor service with a Pathway X2 and Vip211z receiver. I am currently located in Southeastern Michigan. I am experiencing an issue I would describe as stuttering or buffering, particularly in the evenings. This problem has recurred daily since I set up the receiver last Thursday. I have used DISH troubleshoot every night, and initially, it temporarily resolves the issue for about 20 minutes before returning. I have only one TV connected at the moment, with no obstructions in the setup, and the coaxial cable is connected from the RV wiring to the receiver. Could there be an issue with my Pathway X2 that is causing this persistent problem?

I removed my OTA antenna before the hurricane and had 75 channels initially. After reinstalling it, I only received 11 channels. By bypassing the power booster, I managed to get 43 channels. I decided to purchase a new booster, which resulted in the same 43 channels. This situation doesn't make sense to me. On the previous booster, I used to get 30 additional channels, but now it's providing 30 fewer channels. I plan to contact the booster company on Monday for assistance.

Last year, I purchased the Winegard G3 for satellite TV, which has worked flawlessly and been a real Godsend. However, the Winegard Connect 2.0 MD: WF2-[redacted] Outdoor for WiFi and phone support has been a complete waste of money. Unfortunately, it has never functioned as advertised, and I have been unable to get any help to resolve the issues. I was hopeful for better mobile phone and internet reception. When asked about these products, I share my experience honestly. Regrettably, due to the lack of assistance and poor performance of the Connect 2.0, I cannot recommend it to others. If better guidance had been provided, the outcome might have been different. I am contacting you because of the recent email requesting another purchase, but I won't be buying from you again anytime soon. Best, J. Lindeman

We have a Winegard Playmaker that we use in our RV. Initially, it worked fine, but after about a month, we began experiencing signal loss issues while watching TV. After a lengthy call with tech support that didn't resolve the problem, we were advised to return the equipment for evaluation. Despite being told there were no issues found, we're facing new problems. The setup fails during the switch installation phase at 6 minutes. We've tried positioning the unit south and north on the roof, connecting through the RV and directly to the Wally, but with no success. Our frustration is high, and we would appreciate prompt assistance with resolving this issue.
