Switched to business service. *B. Because of issues with No Show install technician, for * days I a row, given $** credit. *C. Phone line never installed. *D. Speed is ** Mbps (not ** Mbps) as promised. *E. Line was cut outside (per Repair Tech) and box run over down the street. Internet restored--still slow at ** Mbps.*F. Still NO phone line. ***. Please adjust bill to remove all phone charges (still no phone).**. Adjust bill to include $** credit and credit for slow internet.**. Schedule service disconnect for ****.**. Will bring in modem and pay adjusted bill.
