Today my bank told me Windstream payments of ***.** and **.** were taken out of my account yesterday-spent ** minutes on the phone to get my **.** refunded-I was not told that there would be a *.** charge on each payment. I was told your card has been charged ***.** and **.**. I expect that I will be refunded the **.** as I would not have paid with my card if I knew there was a *.** charge for each payment.
