We've had numerous technicians come out and still had issues from technician after technician not resolve the issue. Finally starting after the hundredth call to Windstream we done technical shooting over the phone and for some,reason close to a solid week foe the first time of service has worked excellent for the first time via,proof of tickets frm numerous technicians coming out not fixing the problem. Now my concern is customer care said via phone that the whole couple months of service its not fair we should have to pay the current bill of $***.** and that it was totally unfair and they would put credits on our bill because certainly that amount for a weeks worth of use isn't fair. We have been a loyal customer and tried sticking with the service until we got our desired results just to be able to connect to Wi-Fi internet. If you can please assist me in this matter by giving the fair credits with each ticket and a new amount to pay for a weeks worth of use this would be civil and greatly appreciated kristen pevehouse phone number on account is (***)***-**** thanks for your time.
