I purchased the Sybex Network+ N10-[redacted] Study Guide by Todd Lammle. After diligently studying it and scoring well on the practice tests, I felt fully ready for the exam. However, during the actual test, a significant portion of the content was not covered in the book, resulting in a disappointing outcome. Even though I managed to pass through critical thinking, the experience was disheartening. With the N10-[redacted] test being replaced by the N10-[redacted], I am hesitant to buy another study guide from the same author. While I understand exam questions can vary, the lack of coverage on certain topics was frustrating considering the time and money invested in preparation. It's unfortunate to have spent $[redacted] on the exam and $60 on the book only to encounter this obstacle.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to bring a matter to your attention regarding Todd Lammle's book, "CCNA ICND2 Study Guide: Exam [redacted]-[redacted]," in the Kindle edition at location [redacted] on the online reader. In figure 1.14, there is a discrepancy that has caused confusion. The statement, "Let's start with the link SA and SD. Which one has the best bridge ID? They're both running the same default priority, so by looking at the MAC address, we can see that the SD has the better bridge ID (lower)," contradicts the earlier explanation that a lower MAC address indicates a better bridge ID. Given that in this case, SD has a higher MAC address, it suggests that it should be in a blocking mode. Kindly review and clarify this section of the book to avoid further confusion for readers like myself. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards.

I am currently reading the "CompTIA Network+ Study Guide" by Todd Lammle and have identified some discrepancies in the content which I'd like to address. Issue #1: On page [redacted], in question 6 regarding the maximum distance of 10GBaseSR, the option D incorrectly states 1,[redacted] km as 6 miles instead of the correct [redacted] miles. Grammatical Error: On page [redacted], in the third paragraph under Common Network Connectivity Devices, the sentence structure needs correction to: "Here's a list of the devices and related concepts I'll be covering in this chapter." Inconsistent Information: On pages [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted], there are conflicting details about the maximum transmission distance of 10GBaseSR ranging from 2 to [redacted] meters to [redacted] meters. This inconsistency can lead to confusion for readers. Overall, while I find the book informative, these inaccuracies need addressing for clarity. If there's a preferred method to submit such issues in the future, kindly advise.

Hello, I hope I'm reaching out to the correct recipient; I apologize if not. I am looking to upgrade my skills and recently bought a CCENT ICND1 Study Guide: Exam [redacted]-[redacted] 3rd Edition but I'm finding it challenging to navigate. Due to my visual impairment, I am struggling to read the content in the book, even with my magnifier. I tried searching online for an ebook option and used Google Books, but unfortunately, the read aloud feature was not available. I suspect this is because the book on Google is not an ebook but possibly a PDF. Could you please advise me on the best approach to ensure I make the right purchase? I'm looking for a version that includes a read aloud feature so I can listen to the content and zoom in when necessary. Thank you, Richard

I recently purchased the book "CompTIA Network+ Study Guide 4th edition." The website mentioned in the book, www.lammle.com/network+, does not exist. As someone with 20 years of experience in computer support, I am backfilling my networking knowledge. While going through the first chapter, I found it challenging to locate specific answers to the questions provided. For example, the question about the three basic LAN topologies was not clearly addressed in the text. Similarly, the distinction between devices that share resources and those that do not was not explicitly explained. Additionally, there was no clear explanation of what a network backbone is made of. If these types of obscure questions are indicative of the Network+ test, then it seems like preparing for it will be quite frustrating. Despite these challenges, I will continue reading and hope for better clarification in Chapter 2.

As a professor in the Physics department at CSU Fullerton, previously working with Wiley rep Leslie Shaw who retired, we are currently without a designated rep. I have been patiently trying to obtain a new promo code for my course, but after waiting for two weeks and trying to reach out via phone, email, and chat with no success, my frustration has reached a breaking point. The previously provided codes, CSU81 and CSF23, did not work for my specific course, Phys [redacted] - Fundamentals of Physics. We have multiple classes relying on this textbook, and the one-year deal does not suffice for our needs. I urge Wiley to respond to my emails promptly and provide a functional promo code by the end of this week for our continued partnership.

I noticed some discrepancies in the study guide book I am using, "Cisco CCNA [redacted]-[redacted] PassFast." On page [redacted], in Questions 61-62 regarding STP, the graphic displays one switch and three PCs even though PCs do not contribute to the election process. I believe the graphic might be inaccurate, which could potentially confuse beginners. Despite this issue, the Answers guide effectively clarifies other topics. In general, I find the book to be excellent. It might be beneficial to reach out to the author to verify the accuracy of this graphic. If confirmed, it would be helpful for clarification. ISBN: [redacted][redacted]

I have purchased a Principles of Anatomy and Physiology book with WileyPLUS, but I am unable to register as I am not a university student. The book offers exceptional content and visuals for students studying the human body, catering to learners of all levels. Unfortunately, my school's name is required for registration, which I do not have access to. I would appreciate assistance with this issue. Thank you.

On December 13, [redacted], I ordered Cob Keychain Work Lights for $40.87, which included a $9.99 fee for delivery within 7-10 days. Today is December 27, [redacted], which is 2 weeks after the promised delivery date, and I have not yet received my items from MEANWHILEY. The last email I received was on December 25, [redacted], from [redacted] informing me that the shipment is undergoing customs inspection in the Netherlands. If I do not receive an updated email reassuring me that this is not a scam and that I am not losing my hard-earned $40.87, I will take legal action against those responsible for the delivery delay. Thank you for your help with this issue.
