I recently visited the White Castle on High St in Hamilton, OH for a coffee around 3:40 am. Upon arrival, I noticed there were 3 cars ahead of me in the drive-thru line. It took me 14 minutes to reach the order kiosk and another 9 minutes to move just one car length. When I inquired at the speaker about the delay, the employee didn't seem concerned. Eventually, we started moving again, and the next 2 cars were served quickly in less than 2 minutes. I understand the importance of fast service in the food industry and was disappointed by the unnecessary delay. After a total of nearly 25 minutes, I finally got my coffee. This slow service has happened to me before, but this will be my last visit. The team at this store, especially during the early morning shift, needs to improve their efficiency and communication to ensure customers don't have to wait excessively.

I visited the Millville Target two days ago and purchased your White Castle with cheddar cheese. When I opened the packet, I found a piece of green plastic stuck between the bun and the hamburger. My wife and I took pictures to share with your company, but couldn't locate the correct email address. Unfortunately, I had to discard the box due to limited freezer space. I would appreciate it if you could improve your inspection process for your products' quality. I am glad I noticed the issue before consuming it. The packet is still sealed with the hamburgers inside. Please provide me with the appropriate email to send the pictures. I will continue to check my food carefully in the future. Thank you. I placed an order on the app for drive-thru pick-up. However, when I arrived, I waited for 25 minutes only to be told at the window that they couldn't locate online orders. They also mentioned they couldn't prepare the [redacted]'s that I ordered, but could offer cheeseburgers instead. Despite my attempts to modify the order, they tried to charge me extra, even though I had already paid online. Feeling frustrated, I decided to leave without the order. I am requesting a refund for my $19.42 order placed by Joshua W. It included five specialty [redacted]'s, a strawberry banana smoothie, a strawberry lemonade smoothie, and a large strawberry shake. The order was made around 1:00 a.m. on Wednesday, the 26th.

I recently had a disappointing experience with White Castle. Despite my love for their food, I found not one but two flies in my burger. The lack of proper packaging for delivery was also off-putting. As a loyal customer from St. Louis, I've noticed a decline in quality lately. The burgers have tasted old and the hash brown nibblers greasy. Even my usual order of a double cheeseburger has been unsatisfactory with hard buns. Finding flies in my food was the final straw for me. I'm hesitant to share my experience on social media to avoid impacting others negatively. Hoping White Castle can address these issues and regain their usual quality standards. Disappointed customer here.

My husband and I visited the new White Castle in Orlando last Saturday, July 24, at around 8:30 in the morning. Being from Chicago, we were looking forward to trying this classic eatery. I parked in a handicapped spot right in front of the door only to find it locked when we arrived. Despite my husband's walking difficulties due to Parkinson's, we had to navigate around the building to enter through a different door. I was frustrated by this inconvenience and expressed my displeasure to the manager who explained they lock it for security reasons. This experience left me disappointed, and I am reluctant to visit again if this practice continues. Luckily, we were able to exit through the previously locked door. Virginia Tripp-Fugate

I attempted to place an online order on July 4th, but encountered errors. Despite being charged twice, I had to pay in-store as the first payment was not recognized. Despite promises of a refund and a gift card for the inconvenience, it has been over two weeks with no resolution. Elizabeth at White Castle initially stated she would refund one charge, but later reneged without informing me. After providing evidence of the double charge, she mentioned releasing a pending refund, but it has yet to show in my account. The situation is frustrating, especially after a difficult month dealing with a recent loss. I simply seek the return of my money. The issue originated from White Castle in Frankfort, KY ([redacted]), with order numbers [redacted] (online charge) and [redacted] (in-store charge).

I recently placed an order at White Castle for 6 cheese sliders without onions or pickles, 4 regular sliders, 2 sacks of fries, 3 small shakes, and 1 large shake. Unfortunately, when I received my order, I realized that the 2 sacks of fries were missing. I went back through the drive-thru and was met with a lack of apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. After a significant wait, I was handed the missing fries, but one of the sacks was only half full and the fries weren't warm. The lack of apology or acknowledgment from the employee was disappointing. Mistakes happen, but customers deserve prompt service, apologies, and complete orders. I believe that emphasizing politeness, manners, and accuracy in fulfilling orders is essential in the service industry. There is room for improvement in customer service across all establishments, not just White Castle.

Recently, my husband and I visited the White Castle in Commack, Long Island, after a long drive. We were drawn in by a sign advertising crave cases for ANY sliders. Assuming this included the impossible sliders, we placed an order without being informed of any additional charges. It was only when we returned to clarify our order that we were told about the upcharge for impossible sliders. Feeling frustrated about the unclear signage and the lack of transparency regarding pricing, we were disappointed with the overall experience. It's disheartening to encounter such inconsistencies and extra charges just because we prefer not to consume animal products. We were looking forward to enjoying White Castle after a long time but left with these negative feelings instead.

I placed an order at White Castle on 19 Hempstead Turnpike, West Hempstead, NY [redacted] at 12:10 pm on 08/06/[redacted]. I ordered four cheeseburger combo meals with specific instructions for no pickles and no onions, just cheese due to my son's pickle allergy. I also ordered a chicken and cheese sandwich and a small mozzarella stick through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, when I checked the order before giving it to my son, there were pickles in the burgers. I went back to the store to have them remake the cheeseburgers correctly. However, one of the cheeseburgers and the chicken and cheese sandwich were missing from my order. When I addressed this with the manager, she was extremely rude and unhelpful, refusing to provide the missing items I paid for and dismissing my concerns. Her disrespectful behavior and lack of customer service skills were disappointing, and I believe she should be reprimanded or replaced in her managerial position. This negative experience has left me no choice but to avoid returning to this White Castle location, despite being a loyal customer who previously enjoyed their food without any issues.

Upon my return from military service in Germany, I arrived at Louisville, KY airport. My sister-in-law, Kathy, graciously picked me up, and our first stop was White Castle. Next, we headed to St. Joseph's Hospital. On that hot July day, the car had no air conditioning, making the drive quite uncomfortable. After waiting in a long line at White Castle, Kathy joined me inside, questioning why it was taking me so long to order. When I started explaining, she lightheartedly reminded me to speak English, as I was back in America now.

I recently left my job, and the final paycheck I received was incorrect as they did not include my accrued PTO hours. I have been with the company since May and have not utilized my 38 hours of paid time off. I am frustrated as this money is rightfully mine and I have tried reaching out to corporate without success. I am unsure of the next steps to take as I do not wish to engage with the unprofessional behavior of my previous employer. I was advised to contact a different number, but despite searching online, I have been unable to locate it.

I had a disappointing experience at the White Castle in Cicero today. I arrived in the afternoon to pick up my online order under the name “Van.” When I showed the cashier proof of purchase, he seemed confused and suggested I had sent the order to the wrong location. After some back and forth, the cashier refused to transfer my order and advised me to cancel and reorder at the Cicero location. Frustrated, I placed a new order on my mobile and called the Pulaski location, where I was informed they could have facilitated the transfer if contacted. I ended up requesting a refund due to the confusion. The issues continued as I had to wait longer than expected for my order to be ready, noticing that the staff seemed overwhelmed with unattended online orders. Unfortunately, I have not received a response to my previous email about this incident from October 6th.

I have had a disappointing experience at the White Castle in Covington, Kentucky on Third Street. I visit various White Castle locations in the tri-state area daily, and the staff usually recognizes me and my regular order. Unfortunately, the service at the Covington store has been consistently rude towards me. On October 23, [redacted], around 4pm, a young lady at the drive-through, who was particularly unkind, made me wait 45 minutes for a fresh pot of coffee after I mentioned that mine was cold. Despite having the coffee ready in 12 minutes, she gave me decaffeinated coffee knowing that I prefer regular. Throughout the interaction, she was impolite, even slamming the drive-through window. The manager also displayed rudeness by abruptly informing me that the lobby was closed when I attempted to go inside at 4pm. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially considering I am a regular customer. I ended up throwing away the decaf coffee as it was not what I ordered. This experience has been disappointing, and I do not plan on returning to this White Castle location due to consistently poor service.

Yesterday, I spent approximately 40 minutes in the drive-thru during my 30-minute lunch break. Each car in front of me took 5 to 10 minutes to receive their food. Despite ordering through the app for an 11:30 am pickup, I didn't reach the window until around 12:05, where I still had to wait for my order. The burgers I received were clearly not fresh. The crew seemed completely disorganized during my visit. This disappointing experience occurred at the White Castle in Hopkins, MN, on 8-9-23. As a longtime customer of White Castle, this was my worst encounter ever at one of their locations. It appears there may be some issues at this particular store, as evidenced by similar feedback and low reviews on their website, while the Hinckley, MN store is excellent.

I have fond memories of Clifton NJ White Castle dating back to the 1960s when myself, my wife, my sons, and my grandsons used to enjoy it together, spanning three generations. I always found it fascinating to see the old White Castle alongside the new one being constructed on the same lot. Even now, I make sure to grab half a dozen sliders when I pass by and bring a box of 20 home every week. However, after the recent reopening of the newly rebuilt Castle, I was disappointed. The burgers seemed thinner, akin to sandwich meat, so I had to remove the meat from 10 burgers to recreate the original ones. Unfortunately, the new taste with more bread, pickles, and onions made me, as well as my family, long-time loyal customers, switch to other sliders with better meat portions. It's a shame to no longer enjoy our beloved White Castle and I hope the company reconsiders their new recipe.

I visited the White Castle in North Babylon / Deer Park, NY to celebrate National Cheeseburger Day, as it is our top choice for this occasion. Unfortunately, the manager seemed unaware of the buy one get one free cheeseburger promotion for the holiday and requested a coupon that was not visible on the app. Despite planning to spend over $40, his attitude was disappointing. He appeared unprofessional with his headset on and did not treat us well when we approached the counter. As we were leaving, he mentioned he would honor the deal next time if we had the coupon. We are now considering going to a different White Castle location 8 miles away, which is frustrating in terms of gas expenses.
