My washing machine model WTW5000DW3, serial # CX[redacted], purchased on 12/08/[redacted], is not working. I contacted for repair on 08/26/[redacted]. Due to poor reception, using a landline is inconvenient as I have to go to the end of the driveway. After waiting for 18 minutes on the phone, I had to hang up and call again. Eventually, after talking to a representative for 15 minutes, they said they would arrange a service call within 2 to 3 days. Today, after being transferred between two people for over half an hour, I was informed that they haven't found anyone for the repair yet and would continue searching for the next 5 to 7 days. I urgently need my washer fixed, as it's my only way to clean clothes. I am finding it challenging to work with your company. We recently had a new Whirlpool dishwasher installed by Appliance Land in Annapolis, MD, a couple of weeks ago. After delays, the repair person arrived today, but the washer still isn't working correctly. Our Whirlpool Duet Front loader experienced a breakdown on Friday, December 10. An appointment for service on Monday, December 13 was arranged, but we now wish to cancel it. Unsure whether to repair or replace it, we have attempted to cancel the appointment through the 1-[redacted] number but have not found the right option. Even trying the "chat" and website did not help. We are trying to navigate the system to cancel the appointment, but have not found any assistance through the service or website. Additionally, during a call on Friday, we encountered difficulty with troubleshooting and were advised to refer to the manual by the representative. This experience has left us frustrated with the service, and despite previously being satisfied with our Whirlpool products, we are now uncertain if we want to purchase another one.

I purchased the refrigerator model WR533CZJZ00, Serial number V5X[redacted], in March [redacted]. Unfortunately, in June of the same year, the refrigerator broke down and has not been operational since. Given the price of $[redacted]+, it is unacceptable for such a major appliance to be inoperative for six months. The service company recommended by the manufacturer has reported that the necessary part has been out of stock for half a year. I am looking to return the defective refrigerator to Metro Appliance in Lowell, AR, but they require authorization from the manufacturer. Our top-loading Cabro washer seems to be stuck in a closed loop, automatically starting a new wash cycle once the first one is done. Despite trying various restart procedures found online, like moving the control dial and unplugging it, the issue persists. I've attempted to reach out for assistance for two days without success, waiting on hold for extended periods. It's been very disappointing not being able to speak with anyone for help. We had a repair technician come to our home to fix our Kitchen Aid model KSSC48FMS00 refrigerator. However, he couldn't pull it out for the repair and needs to come back. I have a Whirlpool refrigerator model number MSD2672VEB01 in my winter home. The issue with water dripping from the ice maker began in [redacted]. After having a service company inspect it, I was informed that the ice maker needed to be replaced, but it was out of warranty. We waited for weeks for the new unit to arrive and paid $[redacted] for the replacement, done on 1/07/[redacted], with a one-year warranty. Unfortunately, almost a year later, we are facing the same problem with water dripping again. We manually control the ice maker by lowering and raising the arm to stop the water supply. The issue started about a month before contacting the service company. Now we are being informed that we need to purchase another new unit. It seems like a recurring problem with the product, and I believe it should be replaced under warranty, including the service fees.

Hello, We have been without a refrigerator since November 17, [redacted], when it stopped working. Despite five repairman visits, the fridge was deemed unrepairable, and a replacement was promised. Our American Express card was charged $[redacted] on December 20, [redacted], with a delivery timeframe of 3 to 4 weeks. However, today, on January 20, [redacted], we are still waiting for the replacement. Numerous attempts to contact customer service have been unsuccessful. We have tried calling, emailing, and requesting callbacks with no response. Unfortunately, we only have a file number, [redacted], as we were not given an order number. I bought a refrigerator at the end of October [redacted], and it was delivered on November 10, [redacted]. The model is HRA[redacted], and the serial number is WRS321SDHZ08. I scheduled an appointment online because the ice maker is not working. Although there is ice in the tray and the water functions, the tray does not dump or refill. I arranged a service appointment with Service Bench for this past Friday. However, I received a call on November 20th informing me that the earliest appointment available is February 4th. They mentioned that parts would be ordered first, followed by a technician visit based on delivery. I will be away for the month of February, so I tried to reschedule for March, but I was told it wasn't feasible. This level of customer service from your vendor is disappointing, as they seem inflexible. This is my second attempt to reach out, and I am concerned about the service quality. - Frank B.

My encounter with Whirlpool's customer service left me extremely dissatisfied. I reached out to address an issue, but the person I spoke to from their scheduling department, located in TN, was incredibly rude. After enduring a 50-minute hold time, she seemed not to listen to my concerns, rudely requesting my email address despite my explaining they already had it from a previous survey. I had initially received an email from Maytag with a survey and a contact number for Marc Peremans. Although I completed the survey, I required further assistance and attempted to reach Marc on the provided number, which proved futile. This frustrating experience has made it challenging for me to express my dissatisfaction with the Maytag washer I bought less than 2 years ago.

I have a Whirlpool natural gas water heater with model number BFG1f4034T3NOV that requires a thermocouple. After contacting a Whirlpool warehouse, I was informed that the specific part I need is no longer available. I came across a universal thermocouple at Lowes, by UTILITECH with model number #[redacted], that is said to be compatible with most models except those starting with "FG." I am unsure if this universal thermocouple will fit my Whirlpool Gas Water Heater. I am in urgent need of a solution as I have been without hot water for three days now. Retailers in my area, Las Vegas, Nevada, only stock universal thermocouples. I cannot afford a new water heater and am seeking help to locate the correct thermocouple for my model. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated, as my situation is dire without hot water.

I have been attempting to contact customer service for the past 2 days but have had no success reaching a representative. I am incredibly frustrated by this experience. On top of this, I am dissatisfied with my new washer and dryer from Whirlpool. The dryer keeps showing an error code, and despite multiple attempts by the repairman, no issue has been found. I regret choosing Whirlpool and wish for better customer service where I can talk to a real person instead of being stuck on hold endlessly. Companies need to focus on making longer-lasting appliances rather than just chasing profits. Fortunately, I did receive a call from Whirlpool, and a technician was promptly sent out within 3 days. The technician was skilled, friendly, and quick in fixing the problem. He even had the necessary part on hand and finished the repair in an hour. I hope this resolves my issue and that my appliances will last for many years to come.

Good evening, I am referring to your document no. [redacted] dated 26/01/[redacted] to seek clarification regarding the functioning of out-of-warranty technical support. I want to emphasize that after this experience, I will definitely never purchase another Whirlpool product. When I called for the technician's intervention, a very kind lady asked for the exact model of my refrigerator and the specific error that was occurring. I provided the information requested, and she informed me about how out-of-warranty assistance works. However, I believe it would have been more honest to inform me that Whirlpool no longer had spare parts for my refrigerator model, instead of sending the technician, making me pay for a service that you already knew beforehand could not be resolved due to the aforementioned reason. Since this fridge has given me problems from the first weeks after purchase, and to conclude the misfortune of post-warranty assistance, I can only say that I will definitely never buy your products again, nor will I recommend them to others. I purchased a KitchenAid counter depth side-by-side refrigerator on September 18, [redacted]. Unfortunately, it stopped making ice and froze the evaporator coil on the fridge side. Your representative, Christie (SR: [redacted]), informed us that since the repair part was out of stock with no ETA, Whirlpool would replace the unit. After the last communication with Melissa on January 28th, all further contact ceased, despite my attempt on January 12th. I have all email transcripts. We selected a replacement unit from the provided list, but none were available. Currently, we are still using ice trays and seek either a replacement for the $[redacted] unit we purchased or a refund.

I recently purchased a Whirlpool oven from Menards. The floor model had two small dents on the front, and I noticed the new oven I bought also had the same dents. I had someone assist with setting it up as a single mom. I am disappointed as this is a significant purchase for me. I have pictures of the dents, and I'm unsure about returning it.
