Dear Sir,**Let me introduce my self by saying,that I am a unfortunate customer who trusted whirlpool brand and using all home appliances of the same branf for the last ** years.*But sorry to say that Your service has gone far below from even pathetic,there is no terms to describe it.**I have bought a new whirlpool double door fridge intellifresh with serial number **************** on ********.On march * st the fridge stopped working and was not cooling at all.*I had contacted the customer care and lodged a complaint ,after running from pillar to post i could manage to contact a service technician who visited * times and couldnt rectify the complaint due to non availability of spares and closed the complaint without resolving it.'**Now I have shifted to Bangalore and registered a fresh complaint on **********.After repeated followup for * days one service technician was assigned to me .**Today when i contacted him he was on leave (Mr Raghvendra)and he asked to contact his manager Mr siva kumar.I am trying to call him,but some of his assistants had taken the phone and informed he was in meeting and cant attend the call(wondering what they discuss in meetings when they dont hold a capacity of resolving a customer complaint even after *** days).**Now I would like to ask you how many times you want a customer to call and followup for getting his complaints resolved,I had contacted mote than ** times and even talked to your team leaders of the customer care(Mr Manikandan and Mr deepak) but all efforts are in-vain as no one even bothers to resolve a customers issue.**I request you kindly to resolve the issue at the earliest and trust me I will never again make the mistake of buying the whirpool product in my entire life
