Dear Sir * Madam,**I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Washing Machines**The issue that I have experienced was: I received a new washing machine as part of the recall. I had Originally purchased a Hotpoint Smart machine and I was sent a basic Hotpoint machine which I am not at all happy with.**It occurred on: ************This meant that I have no use of a machine as I do not want to use the new machine sent to me as it is not what I originally had. I can’t get to speak to anyone who can help and managers don’t take calls which is ridiculous. I was never advised I would not receive the same machine.**take back the machine sent to me and replace it with the smart machine that I originally bought and paid extra for.**I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.**Yours faithfully,**Tara Fitzsimons
