My Whirlpool gas hot water heater is not working. It's almost three years old on a * year warranty I purchased it at Lowes. The pilot light will not light. On the bottom burner the thermo switch *sensor would not work and could not find it to purchase a new one cause each place called it by a different name. so i ordered online a brand new burner kit which cost $**.** I installed it todat and now the pilot light will not light.
