I called *-**-**** at approx. *:** pm and your guy said that he would overnight my part to me and I would have it Friday the ** at the latest. It didn't show up so I called Friday night and was told the system was down to call back Saturday morning at *am. So I called on the **th at *am and was told to call back in an hour so I did and was given a tracking * for UPS. I looked online and it wasn't a valid number so I had to call your company again. This time I talked to the most sarcastic woman that I've ever had to deal with on the phone. She wouldn't answer my question of why my part wasn't shipped until the **th when it was supposed to be shipped on the **th as per my *st phone call. She attitude was rotten and she said that she didn't control UPS and I would have my part on the ** ( Tuesday ) She then asked if she could do anything else for me and I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said " she can't do anything to speed it up! " She was a **** poor example of a customer service employee. I told her again that I wanted to speak to her supervisor and she said " I'll have her call you! " I want to know why I was lied to about when my part was to be shipped and I want to know if this is how your company trains it employees to speak to it's customers. She also said " Well , they waived the shipping! " I told her I would have paid it if they would have just sent it to me like they promised to do. She looked it up and confirmed to me that it was supposed to be shipped on the **th like the *st guy I talked to promised!. Your company obviously has integrity and honesty issues! I would like answers to my experience and I would like to know if you would like to be without hot water for and extra * days because of laziness on your employees behalf! Thank you for your time and I expect to hear from someone in SUPERVISION!
