I purchased a new matching washer and dryer from Best Buy last April. I had multiple problems with my wash machine and multiple breakdowns and parts needed to be ordered. Whirlpool decided to replace it but they didn’t have the same model and I wanted them to match. First I was told the dryer cost $**** but they would let me trade it out for $*** and I said why would that make sense, it’s not my fault you can’t replace it with the same one, then they said $*** and I talked to corporate and they said $***. I still didn’t think I should pay money for all the inconvenience of not having a wash machine for probably more than * months total. Now, I paid the $*** and they delievered the set and the dryer was damaged, so they delievered the second dryer and before he even got it out of the truck it was damaged. I believe I should get this dryer and be refunded the $*** I paid. Everyone I spoke to didn’t think I should of paid anything because this is not my fault and the inconvenience cost more than the $*** for all the cleaning bills we had to pay because I had no wash machine
