Bought refrigerator Whirlpool model WRS***SIHB** SER HR******** from Best Buy installed June **, ****. Damaged walls in doorway and front door upon delivery. Delivery persons failed to take off fridge doors as requested by us. Case was resolved with $*** check which will not fully cover costs but alright. Upon return from vacation in August ice maker frozen and won’t work. Repairman told us heater in door not working so we would receive replacement refrigerator. This was Aug **, ****. Since then a defective fridge was delivered and taken away. Yesterday a fridge was delivered and they refused to take doors off and on. Told need specialist and warehouse manager would call. NO CALL. We just want a working fridge delivered properly as we were told it was no problem. Please Help!
