Bought a Whilrpool refrigerator in December *****since then three different repair visits from your company in the area (VIA repair) *each technician said it was fixed*each time I had to take a day off from teaching and wait*each time the problem was NOT fixed nor correctly diagnosed*this Monday the repair man said "fixed" and cleaned up all the water in the refirg*four hours later when I opened the refrigerator, the inside was again very wet*water dripping from ceiling*I live alone - no children to accidentally leave refrig open*I now have to wait for another technician perhaps coming Friday*when I call VIA, they say it is the problem of WHIRLPOOL*I do not have an ice maker nor a water dispenser.*food in freezer has spoiled three times *I think it is time for a decision regarding a new refrigerator*this Friday will be the fourth visit in five months*Yes I have called Whirlpool - wait for someone with whom to speak ** minutes! she said this Friday - *I am not sure if it will happen. Yes, I have to take yet another day off from my job. Plus I have to keep changing the very wet paper towels in the refrig*how awful!*Patricia de Guzman, Virginia
