Today, December 6th, [redacted], I managed to log in briefly before being logged out again after 20 minutes, resulting in another ban and preventing access to my account once more. My WhatsApp account was banned four days ago, and after reaching out to them, I received a response instructing me to verify my account again. I complied, only to discover the next day that my account was banned once more. Despite making repeated complaints and following their instructions, I now cannot access my account at all. Every time I reach out, I am simply told to repeat the same steps again. It appears that my issue is not being addressed, and this situation is causing me significant inconvenience as I am losing clients. I urgently need my account reinstated to avoid further disruption.

My WhatsApp account was banned around four days ago. I reached out to support and got a response after about 12 hours asking me to verify my account, which I did. However, the next day, I found out my account was banned again. I tried to reach out again and was instructed to verify my account once more, but this time I couldn't access my account at all. Despite following their instructions repeatedly, my account remains banned. I am frustrated by the lack of progress and the inconvenience this is causing me, including losing important clients. I am eager to have my account reinstated as soon as possible.

Last Sunday, my phone number was hacked. I've been bombarded with emails and calls in Spanish regarding my two-step verification, which was in place before the hackers accessed my number. My boyfriend reached out to your support team, and the response indicated that I should regain access to my WhatsApp after 7 days. However, when I tried again, I received a message about "guessing too many times." I urgently need assistance to regain access to WhatsApp. Please help me with this issue promptly.

I suspect my account has been compromised as I am unable to access it and the hacker is contacting my contacts. They have messaged my family members while I was present. I need assistance in resetting and securing my account. I am unable to take any actions within my WhatsApp application. When attempting to reset my account with my phone number, I receive an error message stating I have exceeded my guessing attempts (even though I have not tried). Please refer to the screenshot for details. I am concerned the hacker may gain access to sensitive information from my previous messages and attempt to compromise the accounts of my loved ones.

About two months ago, a friend told me they were hacked on WhatsApp. Since then, I keep getting added to inappropriate group chats once a month. I suspect it's the same hacker, as the people added are connected to my hacked friend. Today, I was added to such a chat for the third time. I deleted it immediately. After a few hours, when I tried to use WhatsApp, I got an error message saying I was logged in from another device, indicating I've been hacked. When I tried to log back in, it said my account was banned. I've emailed support several times today but haven't heard back yet. I urgently need my WhatsApp back. If there's a way to lift the ban and set up two-step verification to prevent this in the future, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

I have resorted to opening a new WhatsApp account with a different number, but it keeps getting banned, and I am frustrated. Our business WhatsApp number and my personal important number, +[redacted]34, have been blocked. It seems like some competitors are causing issues by joining our group and then reporting and blocking us. This is not the behavior of genuine clients. I request that you kindly unblock our WhatsApp number. We are facing this issue for the second time in the last 48 hours. If there has been any misuse from our end, we apologize, but we request that you unblock our number and provide a reason for the block. We experienced a block today shortly after using WhatsApp, where we only replied to messages rather than sending unsolicited ones. If there is a paid business WhatsApp service available, please inform us as we are willing to subscribe to avoid such blocks in the future. Legitimate clients do not engage in this behavior. We apologize if there has been any misuse and request that our number be unblocked. We are exhausted by this situation over the past 48 hours. We seek clarification on why the block occurred. We started using WhatsApp again today at 7 PM IST, and within an hour, our account was blocked. We have not sent unsolicited messages and only replied to those who contacted us. If WhatsApp offers a paid business service, we are interested. Dear Customer Service, I recently ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel. I have been experiencing some issues with receiving calls from unknown numbers asking about a lottery message sent on WhatsApp, which I did not send. Since November 30, [redacted], I have been unable to open WhatsApp. I visited an Airtel gallery and was informed that it would be resolved within 48 hours, but even after providing a scanned copy of my ID, I have not received a response. My WhatsApp account has been banned four times within 72 hours for unknown reasons. I am just a vendor who advertises my goods via WhatsApp. I have completed the two-step verification authentication, so I don't understand why someone could still hack my account or why WhatsApp would ban me. I recently faced some issues with my WhatsApp account being banned multiple times. After trying to resolve it through email and still not being able to retrieve my account, I eventually gave up hope and got a new number. However, my new WhatsApp account got banned after just a week. I went through the process of emailing support and it was reinstated after 12 hours but unfortunately got banned again after just an hour of use. This cycle has become incredibly frustrating for me as I now have tried with four different numbers and none of them are working. I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this matter.

Dear WhatsApp, I believe my account has been hacked. I received an SMS requesting a code, and thinking it was from a close friend, I provided it without realizing it was a scam. Now my account and one of the groups I'm part of have been hijacked. Can you please deactivate my account since it's no longer associated with my phone number? The correct number linked to my account is +49 [redacted] [redacted]. Due to too many registration attempts, I won't be able to receive SMS for the next 11 hours. Four days ago, I purchased a SIM card, but I discovered it was banned from using WhatsApp. After I contacted Android WhatsApp Support via email, they informed me that my account had violated their terms of service. I replied, acknowledging the terms and expressing my agreement to abide by them. However, they maintained that my account's activity had breached their terms and would remain banned. I explained that I was a new user and had no knowledge that the previous owner of the SIM card had their account banned. I am in need of assistance in resolving this issue.

This morning, I mistakenly forwarded a WhatsApp verification code that was sent to my iPhone to a friend. Shortly after, my WhatsApp was logged out, and when trying to request a new verification code, I kept receiving an error message stating it was incorrect. I have now been locked out of my account for 12 hours. I fear that the hacker may have altered the code or enabled two-step verification. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
