Hello, my name is Serge CELERIN and my mobile number is [redacted] (0)6 07 33 45 85. I am in France. Recently, my account got blocked due to a phone change, as I had set up two-step security and can't remember the second code. I can't reset the code either, as the reset email never comes through to [redacted] I urgently need access for work and personal reasons. I've had this number since [redacted] and changing it is not an option. Please assist me as soon as possible. Thank you.

Recientemente, una amiga de Facebook me envió un mensaje pidiéndome mi número de teléfono para probar su dispositivo, ya que ella tenía problemas con el suyo. Después de dárselo, recibí un email indicando que accedieron a mi cuenta desde República Dominicana. Inmediatamente cambié mi contraseña, pero luego descubrí que tanto mi amiga como yo fuimos hackeadas. Solicité un nuevo código de acceso, que me dijeron que recibiría en 12 horas. Después de ese tiempo, intenté ingresar el código, pero solicitaron 6 dígitos de seguridad que desconozco porque los hackers alteraron toda la información. Greetings, I have reported this number multiple times that appears on my blocked list, [redacted]. This person should not have me in their contacts, they are harassing me constantly. They are blocked on WhatsApp, not a contact on my phone, and yet I still see their picture because they have me included. I need this resolved as soon as possible. I shouldn't have to stop using WhatsApp, and they have no right to have me in their WhatsApp contacts. I hope you can restrict them or take appropriate action. Thank you.

You can send these to [redacted] for the transfer process to begin. The bank has been informed about your win, and you can contact them at [redacted] for further assistance. Thank you.

I'm in urgent need of assistance with a WhatsApp issue for my new work phone. I encountered multiple problems while trying to transfer my chats from my old work iPhone to my PC. After creating a new Google account, I managed to transfer the chats successfully. Upon downloading WhatsApp on my Samsung A71, it did not restore my backup chats but synced my contacts without any notifications. Subsequently, I downloaded an updated version which resolved the notification problem but did not sync my old contacts or offer me the option to restore my chats. After exhausting my verification code attempts, I uninstalled both versions. I urgently require assistance to lift the time block on sending me a verification code. Working in the medical industry, I heavily rely on WhatsApp for work purposes. Your help in restoring my phone is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

My WhatsApp on my iPhone has been compromised, and I'm uncertain about the extent of the breach. Initially, I received a message from a contact asking me to send a 6-digit code they had mistakenly sent. In my rush at work, I sent the code without much thought. Later, I found myself locked out of my account, yet my daughter noticed that my account still appeared active on her phone. Shortly after, individuals from my contact list informed me they had received messages from my account requesting the same 6-digit code. I advised them to report and block the suspicious activity. I have reached out to Apple for assistance, and they recommended contacting WhatsApp immediately to have my account deactivated swiftly. I have uninstalled the app but require assistance removing my account. Appreciate your help.

I am experiencing issues verifying my new phone for WhatsApp. After inserting my SIM card that I have used for years on another device with WhatsApp, I am unable to verify my number successfully. Despite multiple attempts throughout the day, the verification process fails instantly, prompting me to wait an hour before trying again. I have performed various troubleshooting steps, including testing the phone number by making calls and sending SMS to other numbers, ensuring the internet connection is stable by browsing the internet, clearing the WhatsApp cache, uninstalling and reinstalling WhatsApp, as well as rebooting the phone. However, none of these actions have resolved the issue. Researching online indicates that this problem has persisted for years without a fix. I kindly request assistance in resetting my account or providing a solution to regain access to WhatsApp.

Hello, I'm Yemie Xchange, and I operate a startup business called "Digital Trading Currency." I recently switched to WhatsApp Business to utilize its new features for business profiles. I send broadcast messages a few times a week to keep my customers informed about the most recent exchange rates. I recently deleted my internal storage files which included WhatsApp data, affecting my ability to access my WhatsApp Business account this morning. Despite the account reinstalling itself and requesting verification of my phone number, I refrained from restoring the account due to concerns over potential data loss. As there was no Google Drive backup linked to this account, all chat history and account settings were lost upon reactivation. I received a spam message that tricked me into sending a code, and unfortunately, I fell for it. The message came from a stolen number, which I called, and the person on the other end shared that the same thing had happened to them. Subsequently, I was logged out of my device and despite multiple attempts to verify again, I was unsuccessful. Now, I have to wait 12 hours to try to verify my number again. Unfortunately, my account has been banned. I have a screenshot showing how my security code changed when the criminals logged in from another device. I immediately emailed WA customer service to alert them, but I have not received a response. I am wondering what steps I can take to regain access to my account and have my number unbanned.

Good day, Upon waking up today, I received a message on my cellphone from ([redacted]) 6[redacted] regarding a code for accessing my account. I never requested this code as I was asleep when it happened. Furthermore, I received multiple calls from [redacted]9, which I believe was the hacker's number. After answering, I discovered that I no longer had access to my WhatsApp account. My contacts informed me that my number had been removed from the groups I belonged to, and I fear that my personal information and messages may now be compromised. To protect my data, I have deactivated the number ([redacted]) 6[redacted]. I received a message from a contact asking me to forward a code they accidentally sent. After complying, I got locked out of my WhatsApp account. The individual in my account keeps requesting verification codes, making me wait 6 hours before I can try again. This cycle keeps repeating. I've contacted WhatsApp to deactivate my account, but I haven't received a response. Meanwhile, the person in my account is sending strange messages to my contacts and asking others for activation codes.

I'm experiencing difficulty restoring my backup from Monday, August 3, [redacted]. Every time I attempt to restore it, an error message pops up stating it couldn't restore the backup. I've tried multiple times while connected to Wi-Fi. Strangely, today the backup isn't showing up in the app anymore. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice, but the backup that initially appeared during recovery attempts is now missing. I urgently need to retrieve this backup as it contains valuable gallery items and conversations that I lost.

Last night, while my Android ZTE Fanfair was updating, I accidentally tapped on something and my WhatsApp and Messenger apps disappeared. I am currently in Guyana while my partner is in the US.
