I am struggling to set up WhatsApp due to issues with my phone. I'm unable to receive messages or calls from specific contacts, preventing me from receiving the verification code. Even when opting for a phone call verification, I do not receive any calls. I am seeking an alternative method to aid in this process. Yesterday, a friend asked for a six-digit code, which I provided, but since then, my account has been compromised. I attempted to resolve this by reinstalling the app, but I had to wait 11 hours to input an authentication code. When I finally received the code, I was then prompted for a second code for two-step authentication, which I did not have. It seems the hackers set up this additional security measure. Consequently, I am unable to regain access as the account is no longer linked to my email. The compromised account is now sending the same message to my contacts, triggering a chain reaction.

I recently had an unsettling experience that led to my WhatsApp account being compromised. During a call, I received a verification code and was asked to provide it without realizing it was for my WhatsApp account getting activated on another device. Subsequently, I have been unable to access my WhatsApp using my number +[redacted]92, and to make matters worse, my account got banned. My account was manipulated by the number +[redacted]78, who added people to a group without my authorization. I use this number for important activities and would greatly appreciate assistance in getting it unbanned.

Dear Sir, I have been receiving messages from various Canadian WhatsApp numbers for several days. They claim that I have been selected for a job in a Canadian company and that they are immigration consultants working for Mr. Kuldeep Bansal Overseas Canada. Initially, they requested my resume and a copy of my passport, which I provided. However, they later demanded money from me, which I refused and warned them about. After researching Kuldeep Bansal Overseas Canada, I discovered that he is a well-known fraud in Canada who operates using different WhatsApp numbers to scam people in India. I have encountered some unpleasant individuals recently who have been reporting me excessively. I have been unable to use WhatsApp for two days now. It is becoming very frustrating, and I would like you to unblock my WhatsApp account +[redacted] [redacted] 50 56 44 today as I have clients waiting to hear from me. I will be more cautious in the future to avoid such situations, but please unblock my account as soon as possible. If I receive further reports, please permanently ban my account. I have two WhatsApp accounts connected to my Google account. Recently, one of my phones requested an update, and after doing so, the chat backup was retrieved from the other number. The same situation occurred with my other number, which I converted to WhatsApp Business. Fortunately, I have the local storage files for the last backup of my personal WhatsApp saved in the database folder of my SD card. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful in restoring the msgstore.db file for my chat history. This data is crucial to me as I am in the process of applying for my fiancée's visa. Any assistance in recovering this chat data would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I downloaded WhatsApp on my new phone before inserting my SIM card, and received a code to set it up without any issues. However, after transferring data from my old phone, I faced difficulties setting up WhatsApp again. Despite numerous attempts, the app didn't send a verification code, leading to a 7-hour lockout. Even after this period, I continued to experience the same issue. Clicking on "call me" also didn't work. I've now been advised to wait for 12 hours for a text or 2 hours for a call. I suspect this issue arose because I had previously received a code on my new phone before transferring my old SIM card. I have confirmed that my internet connection is fine, I am receiving other texts, and I am connected to wifi. Could you please reset my WhatsApp so I can start the setup process again? Thank you.

I provided detailed information about the problem I am facing with voice messages but did not receive a satisfactory reply. I even mentioned that everything works fine on other platforms like Viber. If the support agent is a human being, they need to improve their approach. Please ensure that your support personnel are properly addressing customer queries and providing meaningful responses. My phone is a HUAWEI P40 LITE without Google services, so I downloaded the app from the Gallery App. However, I am still unable to access it. I have been using the number +[redacted]47 for over a decade. This number is well-known in the Event & Media Industry, with over 10,[redacted] contacts having saved it. Despite my repeated attempts to contact WhatsApp regarding a log issue, my emails have gone unanswered. This has even resulted in me losing my job. Unfortunately, WhatsApp has not acknowledged or addressed my concerns. I am hopeful for assistance with this matter.

I am writing because my father was gifted a new phone for his birthday. I mistakenly changed the phone settings and swapped out his SIM card. I have been trying to reach out to WhatsApp support all day. Unfortunately, my WhatsApp has been hacked, and I am unable to access it. Someone has been messaging all my contacts asking for codes. Even after deleting the app, people have informed me that someone is still using my account to ask for help. Each time I try to reinstall the app, it says I have entered the wrong code multiple times, although I haven't entered one at all. Strangely, I keep receiving calls with codes even when the app is not on my phone. The app now prompts me to contact customer support, but I haven't received a response yet, and my contacts are still being contacted by the hacker. This situation is affecting my business since my clients are also being contacted by the imposter, even through calls. I just want my WhatsApp account deactivated to minimize the impact on my business and reputation.
