Dear Sir, I am reaching out on behalf of a friend in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In [redacted], my friend borrowed money with the agreement to make monthly payments through the bank. I created a broadcast list and sent some pictures, but only one recipient received them, and the rest did not. Even though it showed a tick, I deleted the broadcast group and the pictures from my phone's gallery. Is it possible to retrieve my pictures? I have been attempting to transfer my chat backup from my iPhone to my new Android device. Following the guidance on Whatsapp's site, I have been locked out from re-verifying my number on the new phone. It's Christmas, and I need to stay connected with my relatives overseas. This situation is frustrating. Waiting 7 hours to reverify is not an option; by then, Christmas will have passed. My priority is accessing my account on the new device and eventually restoring my chat backup from iCloud.

I set up a group using my primary number +65 9[redacted] on Whatsapp. Some participants in the group message me by clicking on my number without saving it in their contacts. When I reply without saving their numbers, Whatsapp banned my number. I find this situation frustrating and I fear that if this continues, people might stop using Whatsapp. I kindly request assistance in unbanning my number +65 9[redacted] as I need it for personal use soon. On December 23, my phone was stolen. I quickly blocked the SIM card after the theft. The phone had a pattern lock, but the SD card was unlocked and had a WhatsApp chat history backup. On December 8th, my account was compromised. The hacker appeared to have access to my private messages with a colleague, as they referenced specific details about us both. I travel extensively for work, and during this incident, I was in the Czech Republic, where my colleague also happened to be. The suspicious messages were sent from a [redacted] number, associated with San Salvador - a place I often visit for work. My colleague, who resides in San Salvador and works there, had their contact information and WhatsApp conversation with me deleted around the same time. I suspect an IT colleague from my plant in San Salvador, who has had access to my phone through the plant's Wi-Fi. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to recover the deleted conversation or identify the hacker conclusively. I am contemplating setting up two-step verification but have concerns about its effectiveness against a tech-savvy hacker who knows my account details. I am considering starting anew by deleting my current account and refraining from using Wi-Fi at the plant. I hope to find a solution soon and appreciate any advice on securing my account.

I accidentally called my partner multiple times while I was sleeping last night. Despite my phone being far away from me, I somehow managed to dial them 19 times during the early morning hours. My partner was understandably confused and mentioned receiving calls from me every time he texted, although I was unaware of this since I was asleep.

Dear Team, I have been banned from using my personal WhatsApp account, and I believe it was due to someone sending numerous spam reports resulting in the ban. I have tried contacting WhatsApp multiple times via email, but I have not received any assistance.
