My WhatsApp number has been blocked, and I have a feeling it's due to a video I shared from Facebook Messenger to a WhatsApp group. I believe the video may have violated WhatsApp's guidelines, but I shared it with the intent of shedding light on certain societal issues, not to distribute inappropriate content. On November 28, [redacted], around 9:49 pm, my number [redacted]6 with 2-way verification [redacted] [redacted] received a message stating my account has been banned from using WhatsApp. I did not violate any WhatsApp rules that would warrant a ban. The initial message indicated my number was registered on another WhatsApp account, with options to verify or press OK. I clicked OK unknowingly, which resulted in being logged out and directed to number verification, informing me of the ban. My colleague's WhatsApp was hacked at work, and now my account has been compromised too. I cannot log back in even after entering the verification code. I encountered an issue with my backup and restore process. I initially backed up my WhatsApp chats on my iPhone 8, intending to sell the device after erasing the data. Hello, I need help with a situation involving my brother's WhatsApp account. Last night, an unknown girl called him and requested the WhatsApp verification code that was sent to his number. Unfortunately, he shared the code without realizing the consequences. The hacker then set up two-step verification by adding an email address. My friend and I have been experiencing issues with our WhatsApp calls getting disconnected randomly. Additionally, we have noticed that we are not receiving each other's text, audio, or video messages, even though the app shows that the messages have been sent. Furthermore, when trying to make audio calls, we hear the phone ring but no one picks up, and in reality, we are not receiving any phone calls whatsoever. Lately, my WhatsApp number got banned out of nowhere. I reached out to their support via email, but all I received were responses stating that I breached their Terms of Service and mentioning that someone reported me. I operate an online hair business. Last week, during our field marketing efforts, we gathered contact information from interested customers who preferred to be contacted via Whatsapp rather than phone calls. The customers willingly provided their details. Subsequently, we began reaching out to both existing and potential customers. Unfortunately, on the 29th, our number, [redacted], was banned. Someone has hacked my WhatsApp account linked to the number [redacted]99 and created a WhatsApp Business account with the administrator using my last name: Abdallah Naddar. They are using this account to harass, insult, and threaten my contacts. They are using fake numbers from the United States to insult us and threaten us with death if we don't give them money. This is not the first time they have hacked our lines. I have deleted WhatsApp for now, but this person continues to use my WhatsApp number to harass us. Please take action. Best regards.

Hello, I encountered an issue with my WhatsApp account when I attempted to log in and discovered that it had been banned. Despite my attempts to reach out for assistance, I only received automated responses informing me of the ban. I believe this ban is an error as the individuals I communicate with on WhatsApp regularly are my family members. The only individuals I have ever blocked are people from India or Pakistan who repeatedly call me.
