My iPhone 5s won't open the app. I deleted it and tried to reinstall it from the Apple store, but it won't open once downloaded. I have tried soft and hard reboots, reset network settings, and even did a full iPhone reset, but the issue persists. The WhatsApp icon appears as a white icon with geometric lines. I contacted Apple and WhatsApp support via email with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have purchased a Pixel phone and I need to transfer my WhatsApp account registered with an Indian number to my new Google phone with a US number. Despite being connected to the network and receiving messages from other apps, I'm not receiving any verification codes for WhatsApp. I tried the troubleshooting steps provided in the FAQ, but they didn't resolve the issue. I am now locked out of WhatsApp on both devices, and the wait time increases with each verification attempt. Currently, I have to wait 24 hours before I can request a new verification code. Furthermore, I am unable to receive calls on my WhatsApp registered number.

A few years ago, I installed WhatsApp on my Samsung Tablet using a Vodacom SIM card. I then switched to a Telkom SIM card for data, continuing to use WhatsApp through Wi-Fi or the Telkom card. Due to inactivity, Vodacom reassigned my SIM card number to someone else. When they activated WhatsApp with my old number, I lost access to my account. I had backups enabled during my usage, but I'm unsure where they are stored. I reached out to the new user, who claims no access to my previous messages. I attempted to contact WhatsApp support via email, but have received unhelpful automated responses that do not address my issue. I am seeking to appeal against a ban placed on my account. I work as an MDM Specialist for a telecom company and recently set up mobile solutions for a domiciliary care provider. I connected [redacted] new O2 numbers to the company's Gmail accounts and created corresponding WhatsApp groups for communication. The groups were assigned to a few admin users to manage the staff.
