I am connected to the internet and have not exceeded my limit on my data allowance, I want to know why WhatsApp is charging me to use it, and need this stopping straight away. WhatsApp is a free app that only allows you to make calls and texts when you have an internet connection, and it does not let me ring or review texts when I have no connection, so there should be no way that I am getting charged for this! I need this sorting out straight away otherwise I will take this higher up, as it is a scam taking money where is not necessary.
