Dear Team, I am writing to address the recent ban on my WhatsApp number +[redacted]15. I was surprised to learn that my number received several complaints leading to the ban. Upon investigating, I discovered that one of my employees misused the WhatsApp web service to send inappropriate content to my contacts. The phone was also used for business communication and left unattended at times, resulting in further misuse. To rectify this, I have ensured the employee deleted all WhatsApp data from the web service and the phone. A pledge letter was obtained from the individual to prevent such incidents in the future, under the threat of legal action. I appeal to the WhatsApp support team to lift the ban on my number for the following reasons: my primary contacts, including friends and family, communicate through this number, and the ban has caused me to lose contact with important customers. I assure you that I will be more vigilant in preventing unauthorized use of my phone going forward. Thank you for your attention.

I have never used WhatsApp Web before, but recently my phone showed a notification that "WhatsApp is logged in to a computer device at 2:43 AM on August 8, [redacted]." I tried to log out from all devices using the scanner, but within the same 24 hours, it logged in again at 9:48 AM. I attempted to log out once more, and once again, it prompted the scanner to open. Unfortunately, I didn't capture a screenshot of these occurrences. Can you review the login activity on my devices? This has not happened again since then. Could someone have logged into my device without my knowledge? I am concerned about a possible hack. Please check the IP addresses of the devices for more information. I have a concern and need clarification. I usually communicate with a friend, but last month I accidentally sent her a screenshot message meant for someone else. Despite deleting it from both ends, she posted it on her status. It contained sensitive info. She claims it was accidental, but couldn't explain how she still had the message after I erased it. We've been discussing this for weeks and discovered her phone can store deleted messages. Even if I delete it from both ends, it remains on her phone. This seems like a serious issue that needs attention to prevent future problems. She has a Samsung Galaxy S7. I'm unsure if what I described is possible. Eager to hear from you soon. Thank you, S.

I have noticed unfamiliar entries in my phone and text logs purportedly from WhatsApp users, both incoming and outgoing messages. The numbers listed often correspond to actual contacts in my phone but lead to false business recordings when researched, or simply state that they are busy. Despite not recalling ever creating a WhatsApp account or downloading the app, I discovered that I indeed did have an account. I promptly closed it. I am now concerned about the messages' content and the alleged recipients. I have attempted to view these messages without success. This situation is causing tension in my relationship, and I am eager to resolve it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, WhatsApp Support, I wanted to report that my WhatsApp was hacked yesterday by the number +1 [redacted]. A person called me from this number claiming I had won something. He asked for a code that was sent to me, and after I provided it, the call ended, and my WhatsApp was compromised. It took me 60 minutes to regain access by re-entering the code. I am concerned about the security of my account and if any unauthorized transactions were made. I am currently in panic mode and desperately need assistance. I used to have my WhatsApp account linked to my old phone number. Recently, I switched to a new phone but continued using the same WhatsApp account with the old number to stay connected with many of my contacts. However, after a recent WhatsApp update, I was unexpectedly logged out of my account. Now, I am unable to access my account using the old number since I no longer have it. The troubling part is that someone else has gained access to my account and is using my information to contact my contacts. My sister informed me that she received a call from my number, but I couldn't have made that call as I can't access my account. Dear Sir, Good day. This morning, I received a suspicious call on my WhatsApp number [redacted] in Kuwait. The caller used WhatsApp number (+[redacted]3) and claimed I won thousands of Rupees in a lottery. They prompted me to confirm my WhatsApp number by providing a code. Unfortunately, not realizing it was a scam, I shared the code [redacted]-[redacted] they sent me. Subsequently, my account was deactivated, and the scammer changed my profile photo to a company logo (Lulu Group's). Now, my account shows as banned, and I need help reactivating it. We create groups only with phone numbers shared during public interactions, focusing on social service activities and awareness campaigns against fake messages.
