WhatsApp doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-agentlu will need to dig through the advice provided by WhatsApp, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-agentlu can let us know if they help or not.
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-agentlu may need:
Account Number, Email on Account, Phone Number, Name of Account Holder, Country, WhatsApp Version Type, and Device Used

If you are having app or service issues then you should report it through the app. If you reset your device or delete the app and re-download it that may help too

I have a whatsapp account and have used it not often, previously on iphone, currently samsung galaxy droid.**I think i even did the webchat or program download before but i rarely use it at all.**Currently my parents on a cruise around the world and the only means of contact i have is through whatsapp we prearranged it so they could have unlimited global data without needing talk or text.**Then just after they lift my stupid galaxy **** phone took a dump on me and wont charge. It wont even turn on. Luckily, I have a backup phone, but its just a really old crappy burner nokia not even really a smartphone, no app store or anything.**I need to talk to my dad about replacing the droid cause its under warranty but he bought it for me and has the receipt and all.**But its not letting me contact him. Both the downloaded app and webapp are giving me the same problem, its a barcode its saying to scan. **I slipped the sim card from the droid into the **** burner and its working fine, i can make regular calls or texts (same phone number) but i need to specificially call through whats appp and i keep getting this barcode best i can do is take a very low rews pic w the cheap camera piece but thats not letting me pass.**I can call through the **** phone, the computer app, or webapp, it doesnt matter, i just have to be able to call through whats app. please?**Can u pls help? its an extreme emergency?**I can be reached at*email: Agent.Luke.S*****@***.com*or *call*text: ** (***) ***-****, **name's steve.**Thx.
