WhatsApp doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-tamaryng will need to dig through the advice provided by WhatsApp, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. If you are having app or service issues then you should report it through the app. If you reset your device or delete the app and re-download it that may help too

I’m using an iPhone * and first I thought it was just cell c network problems but I’ve phoned them so many times and no one could help so they suggested that I contact WhatsApp directly. **For the past * days, my WhatsApp has not been working with my cell c WhatsApp bundle. I go into WhatsApp and it just says “connecting” the entire time which means I cannot send or receive messages. The only time it works is when I’m connected to WiFi, and I’m not always connected to WiFi, I use my WhatsApp bundle most of the time. **Would appreciate it if the WhatsApp team could sort out this problem ASAP.
