This account provides customer service for many years to hundreds of clients every day, **Banning the account causes us very heavy damage and harms the service to our customers. It also indirectly helps to cyber criminals who are trying to hurt us. **As I mentioned before, we never opened any groups or use broadcast and never send any kind of spam or any adverts, we only replying to customers’ requests and never send anything unless first being approach with an issue.
