Hi, I have been experiencing issues with activating WhatsApp on my new phone. After changing my device, I downloaded WhatsApp, entered my phone number, but I did not receive the SMS code. Subsequently, I tried calling for the code, but encountered difficulties with hearing it clearly. When I finally managed to input the code, it was rejected. Now, the call option no longer works, leaving me reliant on SMS codes that I never receive despite waiting for days. I have attempted troubleshooting steps such as restarting my phone and reinstalling WhatsApp, but the problem persists. Today, I received a phone call from a number claiming to offer free 10GB of data and free calls. They requested my secondary number to activate the package but then asked for all my family members' numbers, raising suspicion. I immediately ended the call. Later, I found out that messages were sent from my number about a prize bond, resulting in my WhatsApp number being banned. I seek assistance to reactivate my WhatsApp on my number +[redacted]00.

My sister, who resides abroad, had a WhatsApp account linked to her phone number for a few years. I am experiencing issues with my WhatsApp account after visiting T-Mobile for assistance. The service personnel changed my account to my US number and I lost all my messages and photos. I have been trying to revert it back to my Indian number, but I am facing delays in receiving the necessary SMS to verify my account. I use a dual SIM Lenovo phone with an Indian Vodafone SIM. Each time I don't receive the code, the waiting time doubles, and I fear it may keep increasing. I am in a bit of a panic here. I've been waiting for a verification code from WhatsApp for three days now, and it still hasn't arrived. I've contacted their support team via email before and was told to wait 24 hours, but I still haven't received the code. I tried again, and they asked me to wait for 48 hours this time. I'm currently in India with my Nigerian phone number on roaming. I have topped up my credit, and I can receive other messages, but the WhatsApp verification code is still missing. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

Hello, Four days ago, my Samsung J7 Prime underwent a factory reset performed by a Samsung customer service representative. I contacted Samsung customer service regarding annoying popup ads on my phone, which they attributed to certain antivirus apps like AVG and AVAST. They advised against using these apps and recommended a factory reset, offering to do it for me. Despite expressing concern about losing my pictures and vital apps such as WhatsApp and Facebook, the service agent assured me he would back up and restore everything post-reset. However, after the reset, I discovered that my WhatsApp chats were missing. I contacted Samsung customer service again, but they were unable to recover the lost data. I am P. Arasakumar, using the WhatsApp number +[redacted]85. Today, I explored the twinapp feature on my Honor 8 Pro phone, which is an inbuilt feature. I tested WhatsApp Business by creating a group to ensure my existing groups wouldn't be affected if I switched. However, I joined many groups only for testing purposes, not with any other intention. I initially downloaded WhatsApp while studying in the United States using an American number. Upon returning to my country, Honduras, and switching to a Honduran number, my iPhone unexpectedly shut down. After rebooting it with iTunes, all data, including WhatsApp, was lost. I am facing an issue with accessing WhatsApp. I am currently in Israel using an Israeli sim card with a different number than what my WhatsApp is linked to. Previously, this setup worked fine with my American number. However, today my phone reset, causing all my apps to be deleted, including WhatsApp. I am now unable to verify my American WhatsApp because I don't have the American SIM card. Hello, I recently moved from the US to Turkey. Two months ago, I changed my WhatsApp number from my American one to my Turkish number due to getting a new phone.
