Purchased the WGen****DF based on recommendation from Westinghouse support... however, it does NOT power my APC "UPS" (not clean power signal). It appears I require the iGEN****DF. Please help.. I would like to get credit*return my new (*st startup was *****... only **hrs runtime) WGEN****DF and apply credit towards an iGEN****DF. No one calls me back from Westinghouse (tried for * days now). PG&E keeps shutting off power and my wife has CRITICAL medical equipment requiring power. Please help
