Your company declined my transfer now my card provider will not release the money back onto my card until you send me a cancelled transaction statement with the company name and number date of transaction the amount and reason it was declined also must state that you are not owed amy money and the date and reason you refunded it and it has to have the reference number **********. I've been trying for ** days to get this please fax to attn. Tara ***-***-**** fax thank you
