I purchased two money orders, one in the amount of $*** and one in the amount of $*** (**-********* and **-*********) to rent out the club at my condominium building. The money orders were not used for intended purposes and I followed your agents instructions on how to cash them at my bank (Chase) but it was not successful. The bank teller advised me to get a money order made out to me in the same amounts so I can cash them properly. I have the original receipts from purchase, and it can be easily seen that these have not been used. Please assist me with this.
