I had **** GBP sent from London UK to UK two weeks ago! Last week I went to pick it up and was told that it had been returned to the sender in the UK who was a close friend of the family! I alerted the friend who went to the agent there in UK where he sent it and was told that he needed a code to pick it up* meanwhile I checked online and to my horror the money had been picked up by someone else, neither me or my friend but someone else! Is Western Union not bothering to check what they are doing by paying money out to another person who is not related to either the receiver or sender? Or it maybe a glitch in the system either way I demand an explanation from Western Union as I feel someone has been involved with fraud with my money!
GetHuman-keyfinge did not yet indicate what Western Union should do to make this right.
