I have * drives I purchased. *They are all the same model WD**EFRX** of them are Nasware *.*** of them is Nasware *.**I want the * drive replaced so that they can be used in a NAS in a RAID* configuration.*I purposely purchased exactly the same model drives so that I could build a RAID* NAS and these are incompatible.
I simply want this drive swapped with a compatible drive.
I've purchased and had a preference for western digital hard drives for over ** years.
Calling and calling and messaging since Jan **th
I have an issue with Western Digital too
How GetHuman1966515 fixed the problem
Western Digital did not stand behind their product. *They apparently sell multiple products under the same model numbers and won't even exchange them so that the set is compatible. *Highly frustrating and I will be steering clear of their products in the future.
Please help with my Western Digital issue
