Hi**I travelled from Nigeria Calabar to Toronto using for the domestic flight Air peace airlines and Ethiopian airlines from Abuja to Toronto. Throughout my luggage was handled so well and arrived when everything was intact.**Then on the **th December I traveled to Kelowna and Expedia did the booking plus my hotel Holiday Inn Express Suites. When collecting my suitcase from the baggage point, my suitcase had been damaged making the use of that suitcase very difficult. As a foreigner, i didn't know who to approach so at the hotel I informed the gentleman at the customer desk. He was also very surprised and he told me he would get in touch with you and inform you because sometime they had also received a customer who made a similar complaint.
