Hello, Here we go again another unhappy customer. I bought my ticket on July ***** before the price increased for first checked bag. My flight was Oct **th from Toronto to POS I paid $** for checked bag. Upon leaving POS on Nov *nd your agents refused to allow me to pay $** they insisted that I have to pay $** usd and Wesjet will reinburse me. I paid $** plus taxes. When I received my visa statement there, there is an amount for $** .** with a credit of $*.** Can you please explain this transaction in details. I paid for my ticket in Canadian $$$ I paid for my first checked in Canadian $$$ why do you have to add USD $$$ to make this complicated.
