My name is Lori Rankin and the order number is W*********. I received a chair on September **th ( I believe that was the date, it has been so long now I can't remember absolutely for sure the correct date) from pottery barn with my name and address, but it was a west elm chair. I did not place an order with West Elm, or Pottery Barn for a chair. I immediately called pottery barn and they made sure that I got the product I ordered from them and they issued a return to west elm for me. Keep in mind, I never ordered this chair. I kept waiting for UPS to pick up the chair as I was told UPS would have the label and it would place it on the box once they came to my house to pick it up. Nothing... Finally, I received an email that I needed to place a label that was sent to me on the box and take to a UPS store. Once again, I called and explained I did not order the chair, I was just trhying to be nice and get it sent back so that the person that ordered the chair could receive it. Once again, nothing. I called again and was promised it would be taken care of and that UPS would be there by Friday to pick up the chair. (October **th) On Wednesday night, October *th, we placed the chair in the garage over nite since it was raining. UPS finally showed up, Thursday, October **th, the * day the chair was in our garage. What the luck, * weeks of moving the chair in and out of the garage and * rainy day it wasn't placed outside was the * and only day UPS came to get the chair. UPS left and lable and I have place in on the box outside my garage again today.To be honest, we are really tired of dealing with this chair. If you cannot send UPS to pick the chair up by Wednesday, October **th, we're done. We didn't order the chair to begin with and I have made, at a minimum, * phone calls to try to return the chair and I don't know how long I have spent on the phone trying to explain the situation on each phone call. It obviously isn't important to any one other than me whether or not you received this chair!
