I’m a big fan of West Elm. My wife and I purchased our dining room set (*x) from you, and we recently purchased our couches and a new light from you as well. As a businessperson myself I think you would be interested in my current experience with West Elm and hopefully you can assist me in resolving my concern.**We purchased our couches and light in June from your store in Plano, Texas. It was a Sunday and we updated our West Elm card so we can receive Reward Dollars on our purchase. In fact, being a Sunday, we were to receive **% in Reward Dollars, or approximately $*** worth. We planned on using this towards another purchase in August.**I paid off the bill in full once it came and waited for the rewards points. It’s August **th and we received $*** of the $*** points. I called once in late July and was told to wait until early August for the points to arrive...and I have been wasting my Saturday waiting on hold today. And that’s where my concern lies. I have been on hold for *:** minutes as of right now. The credit processor for the West Elm card told me I had to talk to the Cusotmer Service Department at West Elm. After talking with a rep after a *:** minute hold she told me that I had to go to another department. This is after waiting on hold for ** minutes earlier today and then having the phone hung up on me.**Please assist me in getting these points by either having someone email me or call me to resolve. **I want the **% points that I was supposed to receive when I purchased my couch. **Card number ending - **** *****Zip - *******Regards,**D Didier
