On ** March at approximately *:** PM, I placed an order the the Wendy's app - Total $**.**. When I arrived at the Wendy's location (*:**PM), the doors were locked even though it was not yet ** PM. I drove through the drive through to get my order and was informed that the systems were down, every question I asked the answer was that the systems were down. They did not have my order because systems were down. Okay, I left and drove back to the house (arrived at house at *:** PM). I called back to the Wendy's store to speak to a manager and was informed that there was not one there. The next day when I checked the app, they had processed my order a few minutes after **PM, even though they had not fulfilled my order, and I was no longer even at the restaurant. I have spent every day since then trying to resolve this issue. Finally on Friday ** March, I spoke with Jesus at Customer Service Friday (after a *.* hour wait time) and was assured that the full refund would be forth-coming. I later received a voicemail from another Wendy's employee telling me that I would need to dispute the charge with my bank in order to get the refund. He said that Wendy's did not receive the money from my order the money is in the app, and that I would need to get it back from the app, or dispute the charge with my bank. I don't know what kind of fool he thinks I am, but all proceeds from sales made through the app are appropriated to the various restaurants that fulfill the orders. **At this point in time I am beyond a little upset. This is ridiculous, I want a FULL REFUND of my money NOW.
