I have been a frequent customer of your Wendy’s restaurants in Hays, Kansas for years. I live thirty miles from Hays and travel to Hays at least once a week. After you built the restaurant at **** N. Vine, I have stopped there to purchase food because of convenience. I have never had a complaint about the service or food until recently. The last two times they haven’t gotten my order exactly correct, but my biggest complaint is that the burgers haven’t been hot. I wouldn’t say that they are cold either. They are just warm. In fact the previous time that I ordered a burger it wasn’t completely cooked. It had a pinkish tint to the inside. The food is edible but just not exactly the way I like it cooked. You are probably wondering whether I brought it to the restaurants attention. No because the dining area isn’t open, I would have to go through the drive through again, and lastly I take the food to another location where I can sit and eat while relaxing. As I said this never happened when the dining area was open, but I understand why you can’t open it now. In addition since the pandemic hit our country, I haven’t had problems even ordering through the drive through until recently. After today I have decided to try one more time the food and if the food isn’t hot, they mess up the order, or the service isn’t top notch, then I will not stop there again. Thank you!
