I would like to share my experience from last night at the Wendy's on Horizon Drive in Grand Junction, site #[redacted]. The service from Logan was pleasant as we ordered three combo meals. However, my daughter's S'Awesome bacon cheeseburger was missing the bacon, lettuce, and tomato when we got home. We were unable to return to the location due to time constraints. I am reaching out to request a refund for the incorrect burger. The combo meal was $9.19, and I believe this is a bit pricey for what was received. I appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you. Sincerely, Sandy Heley

I've tirelessly reached out through various channels to address an ongoing issue with a specific Wendy’s location that has been tarnishing the brand. Since the 1970s, I have been a loyal customer at multiple Wendy’s locations across different states, but the Wendy’s in Hermitage TN stands out as the worst I have encountered, despite its proximity to my home. Reviews on Yelp confirm this sentiment, citing consistent problems like cold food, soggy fries, incorrect orders, lengthy wait times, and frequent unavailability of menu items. After years of voicing my concerns without improvement, I have made the decision to no longer patronize this particular Wendy’s. Given the array of alternate fast-food options nearby, including Taco Bell, Sonic, Zaxby’s, McDonald's, Captain D’s, and Arby’s, it is disheartening to witness such a decline in quality. I trust that Wendy’s corporate team will address this issue to protect the integrity of the brand.

I visited the Wendy's at West Road/Wixom Road in Wixom, MI today. I usually order a small chili through the Drive-Thru, but today I debated between two smalls or a large as I was driving 8 miles to the restaurant. Opted for the large and was excited for it, but upon arrival, I found the chili was not filled to the top of the cup, unlike my previous small chili orders. I was disappointed paying double for a large that could have fit in a small cup. I have trouble eating, but chili is easy to digest. I used to enjoy Wendy's chili when the restaurant was in Milford, MI. I would appreciate a credit or a couple of chilis to resolve this issue.

I have experienced the same issue multiple times at the Middletown, New Jersey location. I encountered a long wait at the drive-thru, where I ordered my meal with a specific sauce, only to find out there was no sauce in the bag and my fries were cold. Additionally, I noticed a note about a survey for a free sandwich, but I did not receive a receipt to participate. I am not seeking free items, but I do expect better customer service. This recurring problem at this particular location is disappointing.

Last night, I visited one of your restaurants and went through the drive-thru at 11:30. The employee mentioned that they were closed, even though the store's hours indicate they are open until midnight. This has happened multiple times at the Noland Road location in Independence, Missouri. It is frustrating to be told the restaurant is closed without a clear reason, especially when the sign shows they should still be open. I hope this issue can be addressed as it seems to be a recurring problem at this particular branch.

I have a complaint about the Wendy's stores in Bowling Green and Smiths Grove. Lately, I have noticed that they are consistently dirty and frequently out of the menu items I try to order. On two separate occasions, during the day, I tried to order baked potatoes only to be told they were not available. Another time I asked for chili, but was informed they hadn't prepared any for the day. Recently, when I ordered two loaded baked potatoes at 6:00 p.m., the employee mentioned they didn't have a specific button for them, and only had one potato left. Additionally, I observed an employee with a hoodie looking quite unwell at the payment window. It's disappointing to see the Wendy's I used to enjoy deteriorating in this manner. I understand that young employees may not always be as motivated to work, but it's essential for older supervisors to ensure food preparation and cleanliness standards are met. I hope the management can address these issues promptly by providing training for the staff and enhancing cleanliness at all locations in Bowling Green and Smiths Grove, Kentucky.

I recently visited the Wendy's in Clay Center, KS after a long time. Unfortunately, I noticed some concerning issues regarding the cleanliness and food handling practices of the establishment. Upon going through the drive-through to get a Coke, I observed an employee riding a motorcycle and parking very close to the entrance, despite ample closer parking spaces for customers. Additionally, the employee wore his apron outside and did not wash his hands before handling food. When I finally got my Coke, it was so watered down that I had to throw it away immediately. This experience, which occurred on 6-15-19 around 2 or 2:30 pm, has made me remember why I stopped going to Wendy's in the first place. I do not plan on returning after this disappointing visit.

To the Customer Focus Executives at Wendy’s, I am writing on behalf of my large family to express our longstanding appreciation for the Wendy’s location at Fairfield Plaza. It used to be a special place for us, especially for my late father who cherished dining there with his children and grandchildren. The food was consistently good, and the service was both efficient and friendly. However, in recent years, we noticed a decline in the quality of food and overall atmosphere at the restaurant. The service seemed lacking, with long waits at the drive-thru and unhappy staff. Fortunately, I have observed a positive change during my recent visits. I must commend Mahogany for her exceptional customer service. She greets guests warmly, takes orders accurately, and ensures a pleasant dining experience. Moreover, the new management, particularly individuals named Howard, Kevin, and Lisa, have been instrumental in improving the overall customer experience. As a Healthcare Industry Manager, I understand the importance of employee retention and motivation. Your efforts in providing excellent leadership, fair pay, and acknowledgment to your staff are evident and greatly appreciated. The wait times have reduced significantly, especially during peak hours, and I was pleased to see both drive-thru windows operational on a recent visit. The reintroduction of the Berry Salad was also a delightful surprise for many patrons. I am grateful for the recent positive changes at Wendy’s in Exton and hope this upward trend continues. I look forward to recommending Wendy’s to my friends and colleagues once again. Best wishes for continued success, Kathleen

We visited the Lorain, Ohio location on the 16th at midnight. We sat at the speaker for over 20 minutes without any response. Eventually, we went around to the window and they were serving someone else. After waiting for them to finish, we pulled up to the window, but they had shut and locked it. We knocked, but they walked away. We then knocked on the door where two employees were present, but they ran away to the back room and closed the door. When we tried calling, they took the phone off the hook. Frustrated, we ended up going to McDonald’s next door. As we were leaving, we saw the employees also leaving. When we mentioned calling corporate, they responded rudely. As someone who works as a bounty hunter and frequently needs late-night meals, this level of disrespect was unexpected. There were also four other cars waiting behind us, so it wasn't an isolated incident.

I recently bought a southwest salad and a #6 chicken sandwich from Wendy's. When I started eating the salad, I found a used clear/white glove in it. This was a very unpleasant experience, especially being pregnant and not being able to continue my meal. I returned to the Wendy's to show them the issue, and while the staff was apologetic, they only offered me $7 in cash as a refund, insisting I take a new salad instead. I was surprised I couldn't get a full refund for the meal. I didn't receive a physical receipt, but I have photos, the credit card transaction details, and the date, time, and store location for them to locate my order.

I visited a Wendy's at [redacted] Erin Mills Parkway, Mississauga, ON L5N 4H4 on Saturday, July 27, [redacted] around 7:04pm. I received poor customer service from a manager named Wias. Initially, there were no greetings when I arrived. When taking my order, the manager entered the name 'Jim' instead of my real name without asking me. Furthermore, the manager greeted and took the order of the customer behind me before mine, asking for their name for the order. This customer received their food first, despite arriving after me, which seemed unfair. It appears that the manager, Wias, plays favorites and does not treat all customers equally. This kind of behavior is detrimental to both customers and the business. In my view, he is not suitable to be a manager.

The store located at [redacted] Shelbyville Rd in Louisville, KY [redacted] has some serious cleanliness issues in the dining area. During the recent visit, the writer had to clean their own table, while the staff seemed more focused on watching a basketball game or engaging in inappropriate behavior. The presence of ants, fruit fly maggots, and overflowing toilets added to the unsanitary conditions. The food quality was also subpar, with lukewarm dishes and undercooked fries. The writer expressed concerns about food safety due to their medication requirements. Despite leaving a negative review on Google Maps, they felt that more drastic actions like a surprise health inspection might be needed to address the ongoing problems at this location.

Tonight at 9:30 pm, I visited the Wendy's in Fort Lee, NJ, located at V227+4R. Having been a fan of Wendy's since high school, this spot was a go-to for lunch. However, during my recent drive-thru visit, the employee taking my order displayed a significant amount of attitude. Understanding the challenges of the job, I initially overlooked it, but when confirming my order, her rude and angry behavior upset me. This is not the first occurrence of encountering attitude at this location, and it has become a recurring issue. I am disappointed by the customer service and may avoid returning to this Wendy's due to the employees' attitudes.

I am disappointed with the customer service at the Philadelphia, PA location on [redacted] Chestnut St. The cashier named Tasha was unprofessional and seemed unable to handle basic tasks. The computers were not functioning properly, and my order was incorrectly processed. Tasha was rude and threw the food at me, providing misinformation about the prices. I felt uncomfortable during the whole transaction. The overall atmosphere of the store was chaotic, with another employee struggling with a malfunctioning computer. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope the management addresses these issues promptly.

Yesterday on October 20, [redacted], during Sunday afternoon, my son visited your [redacted] Ralston Avenue, Belmont, CA drive-thru and had a negative encounter with an employee named Karin. Despite my efforts to reach the manager, I have only been able to leave voicemails. Upon ordering a combo meal, my son double-checked with Karin at the window, and she responded with a disrespectful comment in Spanish. This left my son and his friend shocked. In response, his friend politely addressed Karin in Spanish as they drove away to show they heard her. This incident was disappointing and lacked respect on all accounts. I urge you to enforce a code of conduct for your employees as well as provide training on the importance of appropriate language and behavior in customer service settings.

I visited the drive-thru at the Shoemaker Rd location in Pottstown, PA [redacted] around 8:05 pm. The employee who took my order was very impolite, insisting I fasten my seat belt due to the beeping noise bothering him. I couldn't comply due to fractured ribs. Despite paying $19.28, I found several items missing from my order - one baked potato and fries in a meal, nuggets in another, and no spoons, crackers, or hot sauce for the chili. Additionally, I requested a grape Fanta and cherry Dr Pepper but received two diet cokes. This employee has a history of rudeness and may need retraining as per a previous incident observed by the drive-thru manager about a month ago.

I recently purchased your Frosty tags from the Wendy's on 5th Street, one for each family member. I enjoy treating my kids to this special treat on my days off. However, today when I tried to use the tags, I was informed that I needed to buy something to receive a free Frosty. This situation is frustrating as I was under the impression from your employee that the Frosty could be redeemed anytime with the purchase of the key tag. To make matters worse, the manager had a young employee explain the policy to me, which felt disrespectful. I believe I was misled and would appreciate clarification on this matter. I am disappointed with this experience and hope for resolution.

I would like to report an issue regarding the manager at the Wendy's location on [redacted] Chapman Hwy in Seymour, TN. The woman, who I assume is the manager, has consistently shown a poor attitude and rudeness towards customers. Specifically, she has been disrespectful when handling my orders, especially when I request items without cheese due to my dietary restrictions. Despite ordering through the app, she made a scene about multiple orders, and her behavior has been very unprofessional. I run my own business and would not tolerate such behavior from my employees. I will continue to file complaints until this matter is addressed. Wendy's has been a go-to option for me due to my health condition, so I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. I appreciate your food and promotions, but this situation needs to be rectified for me to continue enjoying your offerings without any hassle. Thank you.

As a Canadian who frequents the Caribbean, I often dine at Wendy's in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and find the food consistently fresh and delicious. However, I am concerned about the safety of the motorcycle delivery drivers. These drivers use bikes with large boxes on the back, yet lack proper lighting for deliveries in the dark along the highway. This lack of safety measures is extremely risky for the drivers who are likely hesitant to speak up due to their job needs. Everyone deserves safe working conditions, especially when delivering food. I have observed this dangerous situation for years and urge the headquarters to address this issue to enhance safety standards globally, not just in North America where regulations are stricter. The delivery personnel in the Dominican Republic are in danger of accidents or worse, and it is crucial for the management to take action and improve safety protocols.

I visited Wendy's store #[redacted]8 at [redacted] Red Lion Rd in Philadelphia, PA. The food was well-cooked and tasty, but I noticed a sanitary issue during my visit. Three employees were handling food without wearing hair nets. One female had a long ponytail that reached her waist, another had her hair in a bun, and the third employee was a male with a beard but no hair net. This raised some concerns for me as they were all involved in preparing food for customers.
