I visited the Wendy’s on Raineer ave south as my girlfyand I do often. We love this location as the food is usually always hot and fresh. It has become our go to fast food in Renton. I was heading south and needed to get something to eat on my way out of town and Wendy’s is what I thought of. I placed my order on ********** after * pm Of a small spicy chicken sandwich meal with a coke and an extra spicy chicken sandwich to go with as I was hungry. When I pulled up to the window I gave the cashier **$ and he gave me correct change back. He then walked away and came back with my coke. It had been overfilled to where there was coke coming out where the straw should go. It made a mess of my cup holders and I didn’t want to bug him so I didn’t say anything. I also wasn’t given a receipt as I normally am with my change. The cashier then walked away again. In his absence another man young teen walked up and said another dollar amount probably for the car behind me and I told him I had already paid. Then he walked away and a few minutes later I was given a bag with my food. I did t realize I still had no straw till I was on the highway going south. My fries were fresh and hot as usual but both my spicy chicken sandwiches were hard and dry and had clearly been made way ahead of when I ordered them. They were so gross I didn’t eat either! This is sad as I was craving them! I probably won’t be back for a while because I feel like this was a huge let down! I’ll probably explore other options for now! Your consumer Daryn Hayner
