********Hello,**I started out my trip in Pennsylvania and we drove until South Carolina for the night. A ** Hour drive, It was dinner time we were hungry. So we saw a Wendy’s, and I said “let’s go there we can always trust Wendy’s”. (*** Radford Blvd). There were many food establishments that we could of chosen from and we choose Wendy’s.*So, needless to say, I ordered the grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, and a large french fry with a of bottle of water. By the way, I love the iceberg lettuce, rather than romaine on the grilled chicken sandwich.*Anyway my husband got a hamburger combo with large french fries as well.* Will go back to our hotel, the Quality Inn a few doors down from Wendy’s and we went up to our room. Now, like I said we were starving and I have to tell you the sandwich was lukewarm, the french fries were not only cold they weren’t even close to being hot and crispy. Now This was around * PM, so you figure the store should of had fresh food at this time.*I was very disappointed and unsatisfied and I was still hungry because I couldn’t eat this cold, out of code, horrible food.*I’m in the food service business and I would never sell cold food, that should be hot to my customers. Your associates should be trained to recognize bad quality food as they bag the order.*I normally don’t write letters to let companies know how I feel, but it’s the now morning and I’m still starving.**Unsatisfied customer,*April Bilotta – Febus
