My coupons are expiring soon on 1/31/16. In Lynn, MA Wendy's was accommodating, allowing me to use multiple coupons for a medium meal and extra frosties. However, in Salem, MA Wendy's limited me to one coupon per day, despite me explaining my surplus of coupons and willingness to pay extra. The response I received was disappointing. Last year, Wendy's honored expired coupons, and I hope they can do the same this time, as using one coupon per night for a month would only require six books. I value good customer service, and my experience at Salem Wendy's fell short of my expectations.

Hello, my name is Tiffanymarie V. I used to work at Wendy’s in Maumee, Ohio, but due to some issues, I requested a transfer to the Wendy’s on the Eastside of Toledo, Ohio. Since starting at the new location, I've been put down for three days and the next payday isn't enough to cover my rent. When I asked for more hours, I was told they aren't guaranteed and depend on my performance. Despite my experience, I feel unfairly treated and just want to discuss this with someone. I believe in fairness and respect at work, and I am reaching out to address this situation.

During my recent visit to Wendy's on 212th in Kent, Washington, I encountered several issues that made for an unpleasant experience. Firstly, the service was incredibly slow despite minimal customers present, leading to a significant wait for my order. The staff appeared more focused on chatting than attending to their responsibilities, resulting in forgotten items and delays. Secondly, the employee I approached for a drink was blatantly rude, ignoring my request and walking away. Additionally, when I finally received my food, it was disappointingly cold. The cashier also displayed a lack of training and seemed confused throughout the transaction. This is not the first time I have had problems at this Wendy's branch, and I believe that the staff could benefit from retraining on customer service standards. I kindly request some complimentary coupons for use at a different Wendy's location to make up for this unacceptable experience. If my concerns are not addressed, I will consider escalating the matter to the BBB.

At the Wendy's located at [redacted] W 117th Street in Cleveland, OH, about a year ago, I received two large chilis that were watered down. Two months later, when I returned to buy more food and two chilis, I inquired about their quality. Dissatisfied with the response confirming they were watered down, I chose not to purchase them and went elsewhere to eat. Today, on 07/01/[redacted], when I asked for two baked potatoes, they were unavailable, prompting me to leave. I usually visit the Wendy's on Snow Rd & Broadview Rd in Parma, OH, as they consistently serve good chili without diluting it and offer superior service. Even though it's a bit out of my way, I prefer going there for quality food and service. I hope the Wendy's on W 117th & Lorain by 29th Street can improve their food and service levels since they are closer to my home. Thank you.

I want to file a formal complaint against Wendy's in Yuba City, CA on behalf of my daughter, A.A., who recently started working there. Despite her learning disabilities, she was enthusiastic to begin her first job, but her experience has been disheartening. On her first day, when she had difficulty with the register, a manager warned her about crying at work or face termination. Subsequently, she was mainly tasked with cleaning and customer greetings, which she was okay with. However, she faced an accusation of dishonesty regarding greetings which caused her distress. After excusing herself to compose herself in the restroom, the manager dismissed her, instructing her not to return the next day. The lack of empathy and understanding displayed by the management is appalling. I hope corporate will address these issues. I will not patronize this Wendy's again, and I will share this unfortunate situation with others in the community.

I ordered three meals at Wendy's on [redacted] NE Alsbury Blvd - a chicken kids' meal, a chicken strip meal, a 10-piece meal, and an extra small fry. Unfortunately, when I received my order at the drive-thru, the food was cold and old. I went inside to have it replaced but had to wait until the employees finished their conversation before being helped. The manager didn't assist me, and one employee mentioned they were busy, but that shouldn't excuse serving cold food. The manager didn't acknowledge the issue or apologize, which was disappointing. Additionally, the lobby was dirty while I waited. This experience was not satisfactory, and I do not plan on returning to this Wendy's location.

My husband and I recently dined at Wendy’s in Columbus, Georgia on Bradley Park. Despite enjoying our meal, the experience was marred by the assistant manager's behavior towards an associate. Witnessing the assistant manager loudly reprimand the associate for taking our order was unsettling and created a negative atmosphere during our lunch. The associate, visibly embarrassed, remained silent throughout the ordeal. It was disheartening to see such unprofessional conduct, especially considering the store was not busy at the time. As a former manager myself, I understand the importance of respectful communication with employees and find the assistant manager's behavior unacceptable and unbecoming of a leader, particularly in front of customers.

I am writing concerning our Portland, Michigan store. Over the past month, I have encountered multiple issues. Firstly, I arrived at about 6:00 pm to pick up a salad, only to find the store closing. On another occasion, I visited for a chocolate Frosty and was informed the machine had been out of order all day. Recently, I went through the drive-thru for a Berry Chicken salad and experienced a 15-minute wait to order and receive my food. Upon reaching home, I discovered the salad did not meet the usual quality standards. The lettuce and chicken were chopped into small pieces, the strawberries were discolored and mushy, and the blueberries were scarce. This decline in service and product quality is disappointing as I have always relied on Wendy's for consistency. The store requires immediate attention to uphold its standards. Thank you.

I encountered an issue after being hired at Wendy's on Graham Hopedale Road in Burlington. Unfortunately, the manager, Janis, was quite rude and disrespectful towards me. When I tried to contact her to inform her that I had not received my background check, the situation escalated. After reaching out to Wendy's on South Main St. in Graham, they advised me to have my application transferred from the other Wendy's location. Despite my persistence, Janis eventually approved the transfer after three attempts. My intention was to secure a job at Wendy's in Graham, and I was looking forward to working there. However, unexpectedly, Janis marked me as non-rehire without any cause. I am seeking a resolution to this matter so that I can pursue employment at Wendy's.

Hello, this morning I experienced an emergency situation regarding my 14-year-old granddaughter who ran away due to a troubling incident. Despite being scheduled to work, I was unable to inform anyone as my calls went to a fax machine even at 10:30 in the morning. Fortunately, the police found my granddaughter and brought her home around 12:45, resolving the crisis. My shift was set from 11 to 2, and I value my job at the store. I had a disappointing experience at the Windies at Five Points in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The manager was shouting at me from the back regarding my order, and the lady who took my payment did not speak to me. When I went to get a drink, there were none available. I requested a Coke, and she rudely said they didn't have any. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund, but the staff still did not communicate with me. The manager silently took the money, placed it on the counter, and walked away. It was a terrible experience - nobody besides the manager spoke to me, which I found completely unacceptable.

I previously worked at Wendy’s on Indian Trail in Norcross, Georgia as an assistant manager. Recently, I decided to leave because I was being paid only $9.09 as a manager, which is not acceptable to me. When I informed Cliff Austin that I would be resigning with a two weeks' notice, he requested that I return my uniform in exchange for my paycheck the following Friday. Unfortunately, it's been three weeks now, and I still have not received my paycheck. This delay is causing me financial hardship, and I fear I may become homeless. Despite my attempts to contact Cliff for information on when I can collect my paycheck, he has been unresponsive to my calls and messages. I have reached out to corporate, the department of labor, and Cliff's superior, Glen, who confirmed that withholding my paycheck is not allowed. I am feeling desperate and would appreciate it if someone could assist me in resolving this matter promptly.

I visited the Wendy's in Rockmart, GA last night around 10 p.m. to grab some food, and it was truly disappointing. Despite having eaten at the same location multiple times over the past 1.5 years, primarily during lunchtime, I had a terrible experience all three times I went between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. The food was cold, tasted off, the burger meat and bun were hard, and even the fries were old and cold. It only took me 5 minutes to get home, so the food should have still been warm. On top of that, they were out of BBQ and cheese sauces, which is unacceptable with a Walmart nearby. Spending $9 and having to throw it all away is frustrating. I wish I had kept the receipt to get a refund. Clearly, there is a need for a new night crew. They may have an 88 score, but it's not a good reflection of the current situation. Improvement is necessary.

I reached out to Wendy's about the free 1/2 salads promotion on October 2nd, but I have not received a response yet. I visited my local Wendy's last Saturday to claim the free 1/2 salad, but I was informed by the staff that they were not aware of this promotion. The manager explained that there were no "coupons" in their system, so they were unable to provide me with a free salad. I am wondering if this promotion is only available in certain regions of the country since I found information online about the free 1/2 salad deal. I visited [redacted] Willianstead Drive in Pittsburgh, PA [redacted], Homestead on September 28th with a group of 17 people. The manager was handling drinks, but I noticed he used his hands instead of an ice scoop, which made me concerned about hygiene. I felt uncomfortable with the way drinks were prepared. When I visit this location, I usually don't see staff using proper ice scoops and observed some handling food without gloves. This raises concerns about the cleanliness and safety of the food being served. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly as it is crucial for the customers' well-being. Thank you.

I went to Wendy's on Grand River in Livonia at 8:20 pm. I ordered a salad without cheese because of a dairy allergy. At the window, they asked if I still wanted the salad with cheese, and I declined due to my allergy. When my salad didn't arrive, I mentioned that I did want it, but they informed me that they couldn't make a salad without cheese because all their salads contain cheese. I am disappointed that this Wendy's seems unable to accommodate my dietary needs when other locations have successfully made salads without cheese for me in the past.

Holly's appearance was unkempt, with dirty fingernails and a beard that contradicted her feminine voice and appearance. This made us uncomfortable and raised questions about appropriate customer service standards. Considering the demographic of The Villages, Florida, being a primary retirement community, we believe it is essential for Wendy's management to ensure that all staff members, including Holly, maintain a professional and clean appearance when interacting with customers. We hope that the district manager will address these concerns with the local Wendy's management team. It's quite busy at this Wendy's location right now. When I entered the restaurant, there was a crowd of customers gathered around the counter eagerly waiting for their orders. Despite the hustle and bustle, I decided to take a seat and patiently wait for my name to be called after placing my order. Eventually, when I noticed it was taking longer than expected, I approached the counter. The employee had mistakenly overlooked my order, which was sitting there untouched. When I inquired about it, she confirmed that she had called out my name. Although slightly frustrated, I understand mistakes can happen. However, the cold fries were disappointing. I believe it's important to address such issues to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction. While I don't typically complain, I felt compelled to share my experience for the betterment of the establishment.

I frequent Wendy’s on Rodney Paraham 5 to 6 nights per week, typically between 7:00 and 8:00 pm. I consistently order a large and a small chocolate frosty. Over the past 2 to 3 weeks, I’ve noticed that the small frosty is nearly half full, and the large frosty is about 2/3 full. Tonight, I mentioned this issue to the staff member handling my order. However, I overheard her making a disrespectful comment about me to a coworker. It's disappointing to be treated in such a manner, especially due to the inappropriate and offensive nature of the comment. Moreover, I have not been receiving spoons or napkins with my orders. While this may seem like a minor issue, the lack of respect and customer service is concerning. Despite working near the store and being a regular customer, I have decided not to return due to these disrespectful encounters.
