I was instructed to change my password. So I did, following all the directions and prompts. Entered a new password, was informed it was changed and to log in. Guess what, my password was not recognized. Did this routine over and over until I started getting msgs. to decipher numbers and letters in a puzzle and to reenter user name and password. Well I did that only to have that rejected. I'm pissed ('scuse the language), and would like to get this done. Thanks
