One year ago, I purchased a vehicle for my daughter. We moved August *st of ****. I went to the local branch on August *nd of **** to fill out a change of address form and auto draft for the car payment. **The local branch, for whom I have documentation of the error, did not facilitate the auto draft correctly. Without my knowledge, two months went by and no payments were drawn from my account. **I went back to the Wells Fargo location, paid the balance owed and had them correct the bank draft for the payment. **I am currently trying to purchase a home and the * late payments are an obstacle. I have a recorded conversation with Wells Fargo Dealer Service, local branch manager and myself as well as a letter from the Branch manager taking responsibility for the error.
GetHuman1185464 did not yet indicate what Wells Fargo Automotive Finance should do to make this right.
